We agreed during the call that they would send a technician to our place the next day. Greg the technician came in as had been scheduled and did a very professional work. It took him very few minutes to figure out what the problem was and fixed the unit perfectly. I will highly recommend him and his company to my friends.

Great experience with Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service so far. I purchased both a furnace and A/C unit. After comparing other vendors and systems I believe I got a good deal on a good system. The installation was able to be scheduled quickly and it went smoothly. This included moving the A/C unit from one side of house to other. Both units have worked very well and very quietly.

If the solution does not hold and the AC problem persists, the condition was excellent. The place was substantially cooler and more comfortable less than 5 minutes after he left. Biggest part of the whole transaction is that I had another A/C firm come out and give me a quote as well. He then provided us with options and pricing without trying to up sale us on anything.
