NEVER give your money to this company.
They claim to be a local HEATING AND AC company but as soon as you pay for an annual service fee, you can track your job through an app. At this point, they interact with you as a completely different company called PREMIUM HOME SERVICE.
THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!!!!

Bureau site. Over 50 horrendous reviews. They are deceptive and exploitative.
They will ask you for money upfront, promise an appointment right away, then give you the run around. If they actually send someone, beware! They are infamous for charging incredibly more than they quote you.
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFO.
Credit card notified me that they tried using my cc info to set up apple pay/google pay!!!!

I've at last found a trustworthy air conditioning business! Joe and his staff are outstanding in every way. They went above and above for me when I had significant problems with my air conditioner, which was installed by a different business. I give them my highest recommendation.

This is first time I have used Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service for my small business. Top notch customer service! Fast and reliable! My A/C went out that morning and they were able to have it fixed by that afternoon! They had great professionals working and who were also very much knowledgeable of the entire process . Definitely made a new customer.

This company installed a new AC unit 1 year ago and recently had them do a maintenance service. In both occasions they were very professional and did above and beyond my expectations. They took the time to call back and check up that everything is going well - and I know they will jump in their truck and zip over if there are any problems! You have to feel comfortable that the person you hired will do a good job and won't abandon you if there are problems. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service and Jeff showed up and took on the task of fixing my furnace problem and got it solved within minutes and even asked to see whether we were satisfied. He was very personable and I couldn't have asked for anyone better.Thank you again for keeping our house warm in such a short notice.

Needed the annual maintenance on my boiler and A/C units. John arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He worked quietly and everything was tidied up when he finished.Keep the good work up John!
