We've used Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service on a number of projects. Estimates clear, workplace kept tidy, easy to communicate with office and technicians professional. Today worked with Greg for a scheduled seasonal service call- on time, courteous, professional. Glad to work with them.
I scheduled an appointment for AC repair and was given a next day appointment with a service window of 8am-noon. At 1:30pm, no one had called or shown up. I requested a new ETA and was given a new service window of noon-4:30pm. At 7:30pm, still no show/no call. I requested a new ETA and was told it was too late in the day and I would be the first appointment the next day at 8am. The following day at 10:30am, still no call/no show.
I understand technicians can get delayed at a previous job and need flexibility in scheduling, but the lack of communication from the company was unacceptable. It felt like they had no regard for my time and little desire for my business. In the end, I decided that if their customer service was that poor and they didn't have my business yet, I didn't want to continue to seek their services and cancelled my appointment.
Greg did a good job explaining what was needed to be done to fix our AC unit. He was done very quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and polite and came earlier than scheduled which we appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
Called about a heater issue and were here the next day. Exactly when they said. Even called when they were on the way. Got it working with minimal effort. And won our business to install a UV light on our AC. They were back in a few days and same professionalism. Definitely will be using them going forward!

This young man is very professional, personable and possess knowledge about our servicing needs and our units that companies only guess and ponder with trying to up-sale me with additional services. Quite frankly I am impressed! Kudos to you Greg and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service, I don't expect anyone else except Greg.
A/C broke on the hottest weekend of the year so far (supposed to get to 97 this weekend) and so we called to make an appointment this morning. We were told they would send out a technician between 12-4pm. 4pm came and went and no one showed. We called at 5pm and were told there was nobody available and the soonest they could do was Monday (following the 100 degree weekend)... Nobody called or told us they had to reschedule. Poor communication on their part and unprofessional. Especially in these dangerous temps... Called another company in the area and they sent someone right away.
Called to schedule an appointment. I was told that they could come out same day but that it was a $199 service charge to come out, no labor. Then I was told it was "plus parts and labor". When I asked about the contradiction there and what the labor rate would be, I was told only the technicians know and that I had to set up an appointment. Knowing I may need a refrigerant recharge, I asked about any unit price on refrigerant, and again was told only a technician knew. I'm not sure if their scheduler was in-house or a service, but if you're going to try and compare pricing, good luck, the scheduler's don't have any ability to help you, and who knows if the technicians have time to follow up on those calls when they're doing same-day service. Too bad, because they're quite local to me.
Professional, fairly priced, fast and convenient. My technician took his time to call after my humidifier installation to make sure that it was working well.I was impressed and will definitely use them again.
This is my HVAC home and I hope I never have to go anywhere else. From the moment I scheduled for service to the delivering of the service it self everything was handled very professionally. Great experience, super tech, very knowledgeable, very friendly. Good overall experience. I'm happy with my AC. Functioning like new. Thanks.

Terrible customer service. Not Friendly at all. Very short with me on the phone. $300 service fee just to quote me on cleaning an AC Condenser.
