    My kitchen sink backed up due to sludge in my drain pipe and my old rusted pipes needed to be replaced with PVC piping. The plumbing job was quite challenging but Gordon's was awesome and fixed the problem He cleared the pipes and I would give him 10 stars if I could

    I took a look at the website, and they had everything I needed in one place. It was easy to find the parts I needed, and they had great customer service! The technician that came out was also very nice. They were able to fix my AC within a few hours of arriving on-site, which was great!

    Fast service -- even in August! The cost of replacing a circuit board in our air conditioner was $550 with Gordons compared to $2300 with Hero Plumbing and Heating. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Freddy the technician was so helpful and knowledgable.

    Woke up to no heat, and found Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service randomly on a Google search. I called and got a courteous representative who scheduled me for an appointment without trying to sell me any services before we had even begun, which was nice! The repair guy showed up early, was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and the pricing was what I considered to be very reasonable. Will use them again.

    Mike is a very kind and hard working guy. He did a perfect job at a reasonable price within a short time frame. He replaced our aging and broken air conditioning system. There is no any other completion that has occurred from the installation of the new system We are satisfied and will use them again.. I highly recommend him!

    Gordon's is presently batting 0 for 3. They told me someone would be here Thursday at 1pm; no call, no show. I called their office around 2:30, they said they'd check into it, and didn't call me back. I called again at 4:00, waited on the line while they checked into it, and they said I should sit tight and someone would be out soon. At 4:30, I got a call from a contractor who said he'd just been assigned the job, and could we schedule it for Friday. Ok, we schedule for Friday at 11am. Again, no call, no show. At about 2pm, I called and told them to figure out what time they could actually get someone here and let me know, because I can't afford to sit around for days on end waiting for them. It's Monday at 2:30pm, and they haven't called with an arrangement.

    If I treated my customers like this I wouldn't have any customers. This is beyond unprofessional.
