This whole experience was just awesome. The sales guy was really nice, professional, patient and answered all our questions. The install team was incredible. Super friendly, understanding of our upstairs renovation situation and having the whole family all up in their business in the basement all day. They were incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed a pretty serious problem with our ducting. The whole plan for a 2 zone system was scrapped, which cost them because they had to deduct it from our total, but it’s going to make our house more comfortable. They laid out our options and said they could do either way but explained the pros and cons. They did great work, and we are just so impressed. Thanks guys!
Our technician Angel was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and a great communicator. I wasn't able to be home for the appointment so my wife and family met with him. He performed a thorough examination and diagnosis of our AC system, and found the couple issues we've been trying to figure out. He described them in easy-to-understand terms, was candid about timing and pricing and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely have Blue OX back out when we have other service needs and we will request Angel. Great job and thank you!

However, your customer service phone staff were less than helpful, patronizing, and tried giving me the run around about service that I very obviously should not be charged for. Note that I ultimately was not charged for, but I was told several times by that staff that my situation was not their fault (it ultimately was, the electrical subcontractor deployed in late November to install a brand new AC unit installed the unit incorrectly, which I did not find out about until the 90 degree weather this past week).
The installers of our new furnace and AC were on time, very professional and incredibly friendly. They brought tarps and mats to ensure our floors were protected while removing the old furnace and installing the new. After they were finished, they gave us a very thorough and easy to understand walkthrough of the new equipment and thermostat. They even took care of filing the rebates for us! I'm incredibly satisfied with the service and will be using Blue Ox for the foreseeable future.

After a not so good start to my fresh (November install) of my AC unit. (Furnace and AC replaced) I had no AC but a great winter with a new furnace and AC would not turn on. Cody went above any beyond. He had some help from Aaron (also friendly and stayed late), Cody really put the time in, 9:30 at night kind of time to put in the time to make me feel like my issues mattered. He stayed until the unit worked and even offered to explain the system and maintenance. A job he was called on that should not have been so much an ordeal, owned it and made me feel like not only a customer, but his customer. I have some concerns with the install, but I will say if Blue Ox has more people like him, I can say it makes me hopeful that I made the right choice with choosing their company. I did not want to need service before using the unit, but the experience form Cody and Aaron was a good service oriented experience. Thank you to both these guys for caring about people and not just the job. Thanks again for just getting it right. I hope you both are recognized for what you do.
They came to my apartment to repair gas leaks that the energy company found and shut off the meter. The energy company did not specify where the leaks were and Blue Ox/Paul Bunion were unable to find all the leaks. They missed two leaks as such, the gas lines still leaked. The gas company shut the meter off a second time. They scheduled an apointment from 2 to 6 pm and I took off work to be here. They then refused to come back and fix their mistakes, but did not inform us until 5pm. Their official statement was that they are no longer doing apartments. Their work is highly unprofessional. To have 2 leaks after signing off that the gas is in fact safe is unacceptable. I would highly avoid having this company for any gas repair as they seem not qualified to adequately address gas leaks based upon service rendered.
Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue but also took time to educate us and explain how to care for the unit to avoid issues in future. For any HVAC issues, now, we know where to go. We recommend him anytime. Try, you will never be disappointed. His service is truly LEGENDARY!
