Blue Ox Heating & Air

We have had problems with the furnace since we moved in a few years ago. The problem became worse suddenly with banging and constant on and off of the furnace. We called Blue OX and Ken was there the same day, trouble shot the issue and set up an appointment to fix it the next day. Cody came out to install the fix in a snowstorm, almost exactly on time, but finished the work in about half of the projected time. He than did an inspection of the rest of the ductwork and total system and found other issues that were minor to correct, but provided a warmth and stability of temperature in our home that we had not experienced before. We are sold on Blue Ox.

Blue Ox did a great job with service & installation of a new furnace. Did a great job explaining the installation & left it very clean without a mess. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cody helped get me an estimate for AC install and routing some trunk lines to rooms that didn't have venting, educated me patiently through the whole process and gave me ideas I had never considered or realized were possible. Super knowledgable and kind.

Our furnace was deemed unsafe and we had to find a replacement fast as it is winter. Our sales rep Brian was personable, knowledgeable and honest. We were given a quote one day and able to have the furnace installed 2 days later. The installers were friendly, on time and very thorough. The sales rep and the installers provided exceptional service!

Requested a Air Conditioner Tune-Up. My unit is 16 years old. The repairs were estimated at about $700.00. I requested an estimate on a New Air Conditioner. I will seek competitive bids.

Not so sure about the adding of 2 lbs coolant to a 4 lb unit that was only slightly down? If the system doesn't have a leak next year ... then how did it leak in the first place? So just a bit confused and I'll let you know next year.
