Blue Ox Heating & AC did a thorough and professional job from troubleshooting our current AC to installing the replacement. The installing technician provided extra service in noticing and replacing some rusting ductwork.

Very professional and friendly service I am a member of the maintenance service and it is so easy to schedule and they give you a heads up when you have an appointment. It has definitely helped keep the heating and A/C systems running smoothly

I had an AC tune up scheduled today. Tim (tech) was professional with all safety precautions during the service call. Post service call, he went over the report and shared options with no hard sell for service recommendations. Highly recommend

Professional, friendly and very informative on my old boiler heating system, and the new boiler he installed today. I was able to learn some new things about it today. Very talented, a master of his craft.

Dan is a true professional, I had an error code on my 2 year old furnace installed by Blue Ox. Come to find out I should have switched my air filters sooner. It was blacker then black with buildup. Dan got my furnace up and running using an air filter I had laying around from my last furnace and ordered up 2 new filters for me since it was a more specialty item. He also put tags on all my valves so now I know which valve services what appliance. Amazing customer service. I also didn’t know that they have UV lights that will kill germs and viruses that they put in the furnace ductwork. I’m definitely gonna be getting one of those ASAP. Cannot recommend Dan and the team at Blue Ox Heating and Air enough.
