Love the communication from this business. I had text messages confirming my appointment two days prior and day off. The tech called because he was running early and wanted to see if he could come out now. Was very through and made sure everything was working. Walked me through what was going on and gave suggestions on what to do. I ended up buying their maintenance program based on the professionalism of the tech.

Cody determined the issue with our furnace not working within minutes of arriving. While he didn't have the necessary replacement part on the truck, he was able to get the part in a reasonable time and had it installed in no time. He also detected an air leak that was causing a whistle sound and plugged that up-bonus! The best part, it was all under warranty. Very happy with the service and thankful we had Blue Ox to the rescue.

Zach was excellent. I will look forward to his service next year. He was on time, did excellent work, was great at explaining all steps, and greeted my dogs. He gets 11 on a 10 scale because he went above my expectations by greeting my dogs.

Dan explained everything he did and what I should do each season. He was friendly, professional and responsive to my questions. Dan even shortened a metal pipe so that my hard plastic Aprilaire cover fits perfectly. 😊

Had some issues with my furnace not heating. Angel was professional, friendly, and was able to locate the source of the issue. Cost was completely appropriate. I strongly recommend signing up for the loyalty program huge savings. This was by far the best and most efficient company during cold temps. My home warranty and Center Point were useless to say the least. Blue Ox saved my family from freezing. Thank you!

Purchased new A/C unit. Field tech was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We knew our system was older and needed replacement. Pricing was no more competitive than their competition. Turn time and accommodation was good.

I loved the service I received from Blue Ox! My technician was Angel Herrera and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also gave me some tips and pointers on my heating system.

After he checked everything, he walked me through some of the trouble areas and what can be done about them as well as when those trouble areas should be addressed.

I will definitely be using Blue Ox in the future because of Angel's absolute top notch service!

This is the second time I’ve had Blue Ox out for a furnace tuneup and then a repair. They are reasonably priced, friendly, reliable and tell you “ like it is,” and what’s wrong in words a person can understand. I would recommend them to everyone and plan on calling them in the fall for a furnace tuneup. 5 stars in my book!
