    I use them as a service call. After Ken came and found the issue with my furnace (four months old) He listened to me validated me understood what I was talking about of the smells and noises that I noticed. He then went down and looked at my furnace and asked if I this was a smelly smell and my main floor It was he found my heat exchanger to be bad. I wish I purchased my furnace with blue ox. I feel like I could trust them and I will use them again to come out for a service call. They give you a thorough check of your home and what your issue is I was impressed. I wish I purchased my 4-month-old furnace with you guys instead. You guys were able to come out right away for me to help me and work with me. If this other company cannot come out and fix the problem for me because I just put in this furnace I will be coming to you guys thank you and thank you to Ken. Thank you for this company to do great job. Thank you.

    All HVAC companies were at least a week out. Being seniors this was not exceptable. Blue Ox was out until the following Friday also but managed to squeeze us in on a Tuesday instead of Friday. Angel was the first to come out and look at it and determine what needed fixing. Very nice young man. Zac was the technician that put in the fan motor replacement. Also a very nice young man. We have used them before for furnace checks in the fall. They have always done a great job and their employees have also been very professional. We would definitely give these two a 12 out of 10. We trust them.

    Blue Ox recently came out to diagnose why water was appearing on the utility room floor when we would run the AC.
    They figured it out right away and let me know what my options were. The condenser coil and pan was shot and could not be repaired. I took advantage of their spring special and got the AC and furnace replaced. Vitelli and Mike came out and did a great job. They even suggested and moved the furnace switch because it originally was blocking the filter replacement area. It is the little things like that which make this company so great. They know how to do customer service! The furnace and AC units look and work so much better than what was there before. I truly have piece of mind that things were done right. I am very happy with everything. Mike and Vitelli were wonderful to work with! Thank you for everything!

    I just signed up to purchase a furnace from blue ox this morning. I have bids from 2 of their competitors but decided to go with them because of the service I received from their technician Zach Mix. He initially looked at my unit back in December when I was looking for another opinion. He was thorough in his explanation and really helped calm my nerves. I did have to replace the capacitor at that point. Well not even two months later my furnace decided something else was going to break. It is a 13 years old furnace. This time it was the blower and it just didn't make sense to keep putting money into it considering the age.
    It was again Zach that came to inspect it. He talked me through the options and was very kind through the whole process. I decided to meet with the sales team the next morning to purchase the furnace. Afterwards I received a call from Zach to check in with me and making sure I didn't have other concerns. It really showed me the level of customer service and care and I hope Zach can be recognized for this. Thanks again! See you in the spring for my AC tune up.

    Contacted blue ox for a quote to install ductwork for kitchen exhaust and bathroom. They tried to rip me off. Didn't provide any detailed price breakdown, just gave a lump sum of $5200 (3.2k for mat and 2k for labor) and warned me about increasing material cost so it could be even more expensive if I wait. It was a total scam, waste of my time and $89.

    Had another contractor give me a quote the next day for $1870. They sent a detailed proposal of the permits needed, material, labor etc unlike this joker and less than half the quote from BO.

    Beware if you ever need a quote from them and make sure you have a second and third opinion on the issue before getting anything done.

    OK, here is the deal. Since the VID, services have been lacking the the Anoka, MN area...Until Blue Ox! We called at least 6 different HVAC installers. They all showed up and told us they could do the job, and get us on the schedule for the coming week. WEEKS passed! No install happened...Until Blue Ox! We made one call. They stopped by our house one time. They showed up on the scheduled day and completed the install!!! One and done! Nice work Cody from Blue Ox.
