Alex and Robert were excellent! He troubleshooted and fixed my A/C that had stopped working a few weeks ago. They diagnosed the cause of the issue and were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes. Technician did an excellent job diagnosing and resolving our ac issue. The AC folks our home warranty company sent out weren't able to get to the bottom of the problem despite coming out on 7 occasions. Alex with Porter Heating & Air Conditioning was able to figure it out in one visit. Wish we had called them sooner.
