We had an appt today with Don from Blue Ox. He was truly exceptional. He took so much time trying to help us figure out how to best make changes in an old house and install AC. He was professional, thorough and patient with our many questions. He also seemed genuinely interested in doing things in the most cost effective manner. He gave us multiple AC options and explained everything. They seem to have a great warranty and satisfaction program that is included with all of their work. We are looking forward to working with him for our home improvement project. Thanks Don!

The technicians were kind and considerate of my home. They covered the floors and carefully proceeded around furniture as they installed my air conditioner and furnace. The technicians left my home as it was, clean and taken care of.

Go somewhere else! Had these guys come out to repair my a/c capacitor on the first warm day of spring. Price was a bit high but service was ok so I told him to fix it. A week or so later on the next warm day my smart thermostat is rebooting itself as auto cool has been triggered. I call blue ox back over and the tech goes down to look at the furnace. Comes up and tells me the problem is unrelated and I need a new Furnace circuit board that's gonna cost almost $1400! I know what a furnace circuit board is and there was no way i was gonna pay that much so I declined and paid him the $89 service charge. His other solution was I just "buy a new furnace and a/c". Like I'm made out of money! So I purchased the part for $70 and replaced it but that didn't fix the problem! I used a multimeter to narrow down the problem to the outside a/c unit(second tech never even took the time to go outside and look at it). Lo and behold the wire is pinched between the cover(from the first tech that fixed the capacitor) and its causing a short every time the thermostat tries to cycle on a/c. Wouldn't you backtrack the work of your coworker if you know they were just there a couple weeks ago? Instead he just looks at the furnace and thermostat inside the house and gives me outrageous prices to fix parts I didn't even need. Now I'm out $89 for a problem that was created by blue ox plus $70 for the unnecessary circuit board I swapped out. Atleast my furnace got an upgrade. lol

Furnace went out on coldest day of ‘23. Got 3 estimates while freezing my rear end off. Blue Ox was the best value when considering price, professionalism, equipment offered, and timeline. They really came through for me in a time of need!

I want to say my experience with Blue Ox was very good from my initial sit down with Jordan. He was professional and spent at least an hour taking measurements and reviewing my current installation before we discussed the recommended size gas furnace and AC unit i needed. I had been getting quotes from other vendors so I has an idea where I wanted to be cost wise. I ended up doing some hard negotiating with Jordan and went from a looker to a buyer within a two hour time frame. I did the buy a furnace get one free A/C unit with installation costs, that seems good on paper but we all know nothing is free. If your in the market for anew system give Blue Ox a call and maybe Jordan can make a same day sell. I am an engineer and do purchasing so I am one to search for the best deal and normally don't do on the spot purchasing but I felt based on other quotes I had in hand that Blue Ox offered the most options for the price. The installation wen great, it was installed less than a week from the day I paid the 50% down. The guys aaron and ben? did a very professional job and put up with me asking questions and suggestions. Hope this helps others make a decision. I included photos of my old system that worked so I donated it to a young family that will use it. Thanks
