I now have had my AC unit replaced by Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service and as usual they are timely, efficient and clean. They always follow through with all concerns. I highly recommend this company. I have gone with others and eventually have to go back and have them replace and do it right. Highly recommended.

Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service after a disappointing experience with my former A/C contractor leaving me for days without service. They scheduled my visit promptly, sent a tech who understood the unit and issues, and effected a repair and good advice for continued uninterrupted operation of my home unit. You'd be hard pressed to make a better selection for your home HVAC needs.

From the initial visit establishing the purchase contract to the impeccable installation service to the supervisory and third party inspection, the experience was top notch. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service representatives were skilled, considerate and friendly! Five Stars all the way!!

Mike was on time and very courteous. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and gave me a good sense of his reliability. Would welcome him as a service technician. Our old fireplace produces the perfect amount of heat.

Superior service from Mike! The scheduling team was super helpful to make sure all of the work could be done in one afternoon and took great care to explain all that was being done. Never pushy and always friendly, they instructed me on some tips and tricks to extend the life of my furnace and central air unit!!

Outstanding service.My AC unit was not working and they came out the same day after I called them. Their technician was very professional and friendly. He solved the problem and explained to me about my system. I would highly recommend them to any person.

Simply spoke on the phone. They charge a service fee of $79 for a estimate on a furnace sale. I was shocked then got hung up on. They done deserve anyone’s money with that kind of service!
