We needed to replace our Air Exchange and submitted bids to four companies. We ended up choosing these folks because of the positive reviews on NextDoor as well as the fact that their bid was significantly less. They performed the work today and it was a very positive and professional experience. I highly recommend this company.

They installed a garage furnace this week for me. Both of the techs were friendly, helpful and competent. They also did a furnace check-over on the new system they installed 3 years ago, which was a good experience also. I've recommended them to others for furnace/AC installations and they also had good experiences.

Our experience with heating and cooling 2 has been outstanding--both times! First was during the inspection process of buying a new house, and they came in with the lowest bid and highest quality product by far. They did an exceptional job with the install and were responsive and friendly. The second experience was just recently with a hot water heater. Not only were they the most responsive, but they also reworked their schedule to prioritize our situation. We had two fabulous techs (Dillon and Ryan) out there in an hour. Between them and Mike Spaude who oversaw the project, we had an absolutely top notch experience. Quoted and billed exactly what they said, even when they needed to modify our setup with a slightly more expensive one. Without a doubt the most friendly, professional, quality, and expertly skilled company we have ever worked with. Thanks guys.

Heating & Cooling Two did a nice job installing Central Air at my mother’s home. I wasn't pressured by there rep to buy more than I needed. The installer was very nice and professional. I have used this company to install HVAC at my own home and recommended them for the same at my mother’s. Overall a very good experience.

Great customer service, great product, they came out when they said they would and got the job done. Pricing was great also. Did have an issue the day after installation and they came out to troubleshoot and resolve immediately. Great experience thank you!

I had a unique issue & they responded quickly, as they always have in the past. I’m not sure what else I can write other than I’ve never felt pressure from this company (they did install my entire system), they’ve always been there when they said they would, and the techs that they’ve sent out have always been nice & friendly. 5 stars ladies & gents, A+.

Air conditioning went out and made one of my calls to them. Mike contacted me promptly with a quote. Mike helped me schedule an installation for the next business day and the installer arrived as promised. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Heating & Cooling Two to anyone.

I had the best experience with Heating and Cooling Two. We have two small children and when our AC went out it we had a stretch of 90 degrees days. We we called around looking for help Heating and Cooling was on their game! They got everything they needed over the phone and sent two amazing installers out the next morning to take care of us! The team at Heating and Cooling Two did an outstanding job in evaluating my HVAC problems and designing a solution. Mike Staube presented me with a comprehensive replacement plan for my old system which was ideal for a retro-fit installation and yet offered me all the new technology and higher efficiency I was after. He provided me with all the equipment specifications and consumer information I needed to make the decision. Dan Herman in the Installations Department had me scheduled for the new install within two days of identifying the problem. The actual installers, Jared and Brian, arrived on time, protected our floors and carpeting, quickly and efficiently removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment and had it operating in a few hours. Their work was extremely well planned, neat and organized. They removed all the old equipment, answered all my questions during the installation of the new equipment and spent over an hour reviewing the new system and its operation with me at the end. From start to finish this was a very professional job, done by highly trained and skilled professionals and we couldn't be happier with the results. The new Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning System is working perfectly. These guys do it the right way. Five Stars.
