Heating & Cooling Two installed a garage heater in my home. From sales estimate through installation, their work was done professionally, courteously, correctly and on time. I highly recommend Heating & Cooling Two for all HVAC jobs.

I had a furnace and air conditioner installed and everything was great from bidding to final installation. The price was the lowest of the 3 bids I received and the service couldn't have been better. We have used them for both service and new install and they are always excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Thay were very prompt in installing the replacement within 3 days of the old furnace break down. Lent us space heaters to hold us over & did a very professional job.

Awesome experience with Heating and Cooling Two. They lived up to all of the great reviews I found on them. Friendly, courteous people who know their trade. They had the best price for a highly rated furnace and best warranty from manufacturer/dealer (H & C 2 picks up the labor not covered by Bryant). Had a very small problem and they were very prompt in coming out to fix it. Top notch across the board. Couldn't be happier!

These guys are super good. Been using them regularly since 2002 for new furnace and AC install as well as servicing over the years, even emergency repairs in the dead of winter. Their prices are reasonable and they provide honest and practical recommendations. Their filters are also reasonably priced. Called them last week to replace our furnace, and the speed, timeliness, and price was better than I expected.

The technicians were great - courteous, knowledgeable, and on time. The low rating was a result of working with Heating and Cooling Two's billing person. In our case the heat exchanger in our High Efficiency Carrier furnace went out much sooner than one would normally expect. The technician explained that Carrier would pay a portion under warranty and I also would need pay part of it. My piece amounted to $1800. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, I contacted Carrier and they agreed to give me a good will adjustment once the work was completed. All I had to do was send a copy of the receipt showing the work was done and that I had paid my portion. The final receipt from Heating and Cooling Two was a brief 7 words on what they had done. I submitted it to Carrier, but they needed more information on the heat exchangers and what was replaced. Heating and Cooling Two's billing person refused to provide an updated receipt saying that somehow it would be unethical and they could lose their dealership. I finally convinced her to add more information, but it still did not state what was done in total and did not meet what Carrier was looking for. After explaining Heating and Cooling Two’s unwillingness to the Carrier customer service rep, Carrier was gracious enough to overlook the receipt problem and proceeded with their good will adjustment.

I wish my story ended there.... Shortly after the heat exchanger was replaced, my wife and I both developed symptoms similar to excess carbon monoxide in our home. Since major repairs had just been done on our furnace, I called Heating and Cooling Two to see if someone could stop over to do a check just to ensure there were no carbon monoxide issues. They put me through to the same billing person. She said that they would be happy to come out and check - at a price of just under $200! I was floored... This company is great to deal with up front, and if you never have problems you'll be happy. However, if you have issues, it seems to be their way or the highway.

We had a really great expereince with Heating & Cooling Two. I had a fairly complex project to relocate my HVAC unit. After having 3 other companies come over to look at it and provide quotes, they were the only ones to take it on. Our installer was super clean, showed up on time, and made the final unit look really nice. Very happy with the overall experience.

Serviceman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained exactly what he did and why.

Declined to even come out an look at my current system and provide a proposal because I had knowledge of just equipment costs from other contractors. They told me heat pumps were 3-4k more than a standard air conditioner, and when I asked how is that when equipment costs are only about 1k more they refused to speak any more and declined proposal.
This behavior makes me really question this companies motives and mark ups as they described it. It seems like they really do not want people to be environmentally friendly and install efficient units. I wanted to heat pump to take advantage of my solar power, but they want to charge an exorbitant amount more for a heat pump, 400% more.

Provided detailed analysis of what was needed for our two story home. Provided competitive quote. Scheduled the install of a new furnace in a timely manner. Salesperson and Installers were professional. Installers did a great job of installing and working around some tough venting issues. We are satisfied with the project. A job well done!!
