My wife and I had both of our AC and furnace replaced by Heating & Cooling Two at different times in the past so when it came to installing a mini split in our four-season porch, it was a no brainer that we had them on our list of companies to obtain quotes from. We were glad we did because not only did their quote was on the lower side but also the number that they gave (i) included the electrical cost and (ii) excluded the rebate from Xcel Energy. Why was this a big deal you asked? Well, other companies tried to make their quotes lower by not including the cost of the electrician (which was not cheap as we found out), or giving us a number that already had the rebate taken into account (which meant the actual upfront cost was what was quoted plus the value of the rebate). As usual, the work was done very promptly and professionally, and Vince from Heating & Cooling Two went out of his way to make sure that the installation met the requirements of the city inspector. Thank you very much Heating & Cooling Two for making the purchase a very smooth and easy experience for us.

We needed a service call with AC not running and starting a particularly bad heat wave. I had diagnosed as much as I could over the weekend and called first thing when they opened. They talked me through scheduling, and potential issues, and gave me a call back having found the price for the potential parts. Then called me back to fit me in even sooner with a cancellation.

When the Technician came he listened, was very professional, walked through his diagnosis and found a very very very simple fix. And I gladly paid the service call and they didn't replace the parts that were talked about on the phone (he could have, I would never have known).

I had an amazing experience with installation of two new furnaces by Heating and Cooling Two! Josh, Mitch, and Kevin explained what they would be doing, covered the floors with cloths so they would not be scratched and told me how they would remove the old furnaces, and install the new ones. They explained how to use the new thermostats, and helped me program the app on my phone. It was an amazing experience! They were polite, hard working, efficient, and intelligent! I wish I could give more than five stars they were that good!

Gina was super helpful! I called because my A/C wasn't working. Instead of pressuring to sell me service/replacement, she was able to help me fix it from right over the phone. It is a very old unit - definitely have this company on speed dial for when it gives out for good.

Great experience from the first phone call to the install. They were able to install in a few days from our original phone call. The installers were top notch, they were on time and very efficient with their time. They also could answer all questions. Highly recommend them!

Heating & Cooling Two is a top-notch company to work with. I hired them based on a referral from another customer of theirs and have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and experience. The installers arrived on time each day and were very careful and clean while dismantling the old system and carrying the pieces up stairs and through the house. They installed the new system, including high-efficiency A/C and Furnace, with replacing the zoning system, in one (long) day. While going over the details of how the system operates, we discovered a misunderstanding on my part about some of the components installed on day 1. Everyone at Heating & Cooling Two that I worked with to remedy that situation - sales, project manager, front desk and installation tech crew - was extremely helpful and courteous. They took care of the issue without hesitation, came back and pulled out the components previously installed, installed new components and walked me through operations - all of that with no change in my cost, even though it certainly cost them more. They really went the extra mile for me and I am grateful to them for that. The new system has been up and running for a few weeks now and works great - love it! Heating & Cooling Two has earned another loyal customer!!

Great company to work with. Very up front on their pricing and no surprise costs in the end. We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed. The installers arrived on time and were very polite and personable throughout the entire install. Any questions I had were answered, and they even fixed up a few ducting issues they saw that technically weren't part of the install they were working!

Furnace stopped working. Heating & Cooling Two responded to request for help that same day. Repaired unit and provided input on overall condition of furnace and a/c unit. We decided to replace both furnace & a/c, scheduled work and they arrived and installed units on assigned date. Had a problem with a/c fan assembly which they replaced. Service personnel were professional, personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Heating & Cooling Two for your system needs.
