We had our AC fail during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called Mike Spaude and he was so calm and ensuring that everything was going to be ok. Mike was out the very next day to size up a new unit and I not once felt pressured and again was extremely polite, professional and ensured us not to worry he has everything covered. They scheduled immediately and did an amazing job on install and left the work cleaner than when they arrived. The company handles everything from rebates, warranty registration, and even the call from Mike to ensure we are comfortable and tips on keeping the unit in top shape. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and honesty from a company! Please make sure the installers get some credit, day off, free lunch… they are life savers!

This is the second home we have use Heating & Cooling Two, Inc. to replace our Furnace and A/C. Because of the experience on our first replacement, we didn't hastate to use them again. We didn't even call anyone else. I would definitely use them again.

Service was as promised - installers arrived exactly at the scheduled time and completed the installation - all the while maintaining a pleasant and informative conversation. Unfortunately about an hour after they left the furnace shut down. I called and reported the problem and within 15 minutes an installer returned and started trouble shooting. It was quickly determined the source of the problem was a faulty circuit board. I was informed that this defect is extremely rare and that a thorough investigation as to how it happed would begin immediately with Bryant engineers conducting it. Overall I was extremely impressed with the service that Heating and Cooling Two provided. The problem with the faulty circuit board was not their fault in any way. The lightning fast response and remedy to the problem was indeed impressive. I will not hesitate to call Heating and Cooling Two to address any HVAC issues that occur in my home in the future.

The team that heating & cooling two sent out to install a new AC unit in my furnace was very well trained. they called ahead of time and arrived on time. They did a supper nice job on the install. They did a great job on the clean up after the job was done. I would call this company in a heart beat if I have any other projects.

We had them out to replace an Air Conditioner. We figured while we were at it to replace the furnace as well since they were both 20 years old and original with the house.

The rep that came out was very technologically knowledgeable, he did not try to up-sell us and provided a very detailed processional price quote sheet with many options to choose from. He even noticed we were missing a furnace vent cover on the outside of our home and added that to the job order.

The installation went amazing, they were on time, finished ahead of schedule and left no trace of a mess. They walked me through how to maintain everything, answered all of my questions on the do's and don'ts to keep my system running smooth for years to come.

Financing was a snap and they take care of all of the paperwork for you. (Permits, tax forms, rebates, warranty registration).

I would highly recommend them!!

Very responsive to phone calls and Emails. Requests for Lien waivers, copy of paid invoice and a completion certificate i needed for a City provided home improvement Grant were provided on same day. I had a new furnace and water heater installed by the same crew and on the same day, very efficient. Highly recommended.

I just had them install a new Bryant high efficiency gas furnace (and used them a year ago to install a high efficiency Bryant air conditioner). In both cases the service technicians were polite, efficient, and left our house cleaner then when they arrived. In this era of supply issues I'm glad they had the furnace I needed in stock.

Alright it’s been a long time since I had these guys out but wanted to write this anyway. I was in one of those “it’s -35 and my furnace doesn’t run” scenarios this past January. Now my furnace is four years old (but out of warranty because we aren’t the original home owners) and had been serviced for the same error by two other companies. I called midday Friday and talked to a really nice woman over the phone. Since this isn’t the first time this has happened I knew how to reset the error and make the furnace run for a couple hours. She gave me the option for emergency service or an appointment first thing Monday. I opted for the appointment but she gave me the emergency 24/7 contact info too. When the tech (Eric) showed up Monday we went over what had already been done by the other two companies and what (little) I knew beyond that. Quite depressingly the first thing he did was undo some of what the last company did. Then he explained what the real issue was and that it was a very common issue with my furnace. He fixed it quickly and checked a few other parameters (which were off and he fixed). Since his visit it has never had the same fault since.
