This is my daughters post but the work was done on my house (I'm Gabby's dad). We had a water heater/boiler set up that ran our hot water and in floor heat on 2 levels. It never worked right. We have lived in this house 5 years. We had several companies out to look at it but never received any pricing on the work. We called Heating and Cooling Two, they came out within the week to take a look. It took a few days to receive the estimate. Once it was accepted the work was scheduled a week later. The installers showed up on time, were nice and polite and did a super clean job. We had a new boiler installed that ran both in floor heat sections separately from one another along with a new hot water heater that is also heated from the boiler. The new system works great and our home is much warmer now that all systems work as they should. Our experience was awesome from the first phone call to the completion of the work. It could not have gone better. They followed through with everything they said they would do. I recommend them.

Heating & Cooling 2 installed a new high efficiency modulating gas furnace in our house. The whole process was thoroughly professional. The salesman was knowledgeable. The quote was competitive. The installation crew showed up right on schedule. They were a pleasure to work with and took care to explain what they were doing and make sure it was what we wanted. Routing the PVC intake and exhaust pipes where we wanted them was tricky but the end result is exactly what I wanted. We love the new furnace. I would recommend Heating & Cooling 2 to anyone needing a new furnace.

The experience starting with Mike in sales and ending with the installers was top notch. Everyone we dealt with was timely, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Everything about the process from purchasing, to installing/furnace and AC operation, to getting the permit, to energy credits, etc. was clearly explained to us so we didn't have to wonder about anything. I highly recommend Heating and Cooling Two! A few weeks ago my AC went out and needed to be replaced. I got in contact with Mike, one of the sales representatives. Mike figured out everything out over the phone and e-mail. I received three offers, which Heating and Cooling Two was the lowest (by a lot!). Mike got me in contact with scheduling and it was installed shortly after. They installed the AC within a few hours and took the old AC. If you’re looking for a reliable and cost efficient company, go with Heat and Cooling Two!!

We replaced our first furnace in our first house in 1998. We didn't know anything about owning a house, much less replacing a furnace. We solicited three quotes. Heating & Cooling Two was the middle quote as far as price goes. They were there when they said they would be there, did what they said they would, cleaned up, and billed what they said it would cost.

20+ years as a customer has past and nothing has changed, great prompt service at a promised price and time.

We went on to have the AC replaced a few years later. Had various repairs over the years, including one time when it was below minus twenty and the heat went out. They were there within 12 hours (before the house got below 60F inside). The one time that something wasn't working after a repair, they were out immediately and fixed it.

This past year, our 22-year-old furnace was done working. We didn't need to get three quotes this time. We knew exactly who was going to be giving us a furnace and installing it.

As a home owner, H&C2 is the only vendor that we have used and continue to use after 25+ years of ownership. Others come and go. No one has matched the service that we have gotten from H&C2. No matter who the tech is, the service is the same, the best.

We used Heating and Cooling Two to update the zone system. We could not be happier with the service and the cost. We checked out two other HVAC companies in the community and received quotes from them for the same service. The Heating and Cooling Two was much more reasonable for the same service.
We really felt that they were very honest with the pricing. We really felt that they were not overcharging us unlike the other two companies. We are going to stay with them for very long time for all our HVAC needs. This is the company to go with. It really felt like a family run company which is hard to find these days. My furnace gave out after 23 years and I decided to have Heating & Cooling Two come out to look at my furnace. Although they tried to fix it, it was just too far gone. The salesperson was very quick to provide a detailed and honest estimate. They were very reasonably priced and quick to install the new furnace. Another company quoted me nearly double the amount.
