We thought we had a problem with our dehumidifier, as it was not keeping the set humidity level (which it had done well for several years). Heating And Cooling Two was able to get out within the same week. Pat came out today and was outstanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty, testing the dehumidifier and explaining each step in detail and what the results meant. Turned out the dehumidifier was just fine and doing a great job. He also went the extra mile to give several potential options of what was potentially causing the humidity problem. No overselling or up charging, just honest high quality work. Highly recommended!

The Heating and Cooling Two installers were on time and extremely thorough in the process of removing old equipment and replacing it with new. Excellent customer service and Immediate scheduling. Job done right the first time! Our old furnace broke down and we got it replaced within a few days. We had a nice, warm house for the winter. Similarly, our old hot water heater cracked, leaked, and they replaced it within a few days. Heating & Cooling Two now checks our HVAC regularly, twice per year. Heating & Cooling Two installed our furnace nine years ago. Just recently, our thermostat became unresponsive, so we called to check whether it was still under warranty. They verified that it was and came out to do the work within just a couple of days. We have always appreciate their professional communication and responsive service!

Heating and Cooling Two saved us this winter. Our furnace went out like a week before we had to travel for Christmas. I’m so appreciative that they worked us in and when we found out we need a new furnace they were able to work that in too before we had to leave.

The HVAC tech that came out to look at furnace initially was wonderful. He was so patient. He explained everything and answered every question I had.

They installed AC and Furnace and re-did all the wiring and plumbing as per code. Previous installers had taken many short cuts, which Heating and Cooling2 corrected all. It took them two days to bring every bit to code and did the entire work in time and in utmost professional way. We are extremely glad with their work and will recommend them if you want a very neat clean professional job .
