Furnace Doctors

Matt did the routine maintenance on the air conditioner yesterday (May 29, 2019). He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly as he indicated. He does a great job doing the maintenance on the air conditioner and the furnace in the fall. I appreciate his great work. Thanks again, Matt. Sandy

When I called a week ago, a real person answered who knew billing procedures, etc and was able to schedule an emergency appt. for the next day. I had a toilet running and I tried everything I could think of, including closing the toilet shut off valve, with no success. Matt A. arrived on time, assessed the issue and simply replaced the valve. Also adjusted the assembly in the tank to ensure that was not a problem in the future at no charge. Perfect. Now I wish I'd had him check a couple other minor plumbing nuisances.

I really liked his relaxed professional communication style, the fact he respected my home and put covers on his shoes first, trustworthy and didn't add unnecessary "upgrades" as happened with Benjamin Franklin a few years ago ($700, I was such a sucker). I'm cancelling my service contract with another good air and heating company because I've never had air or heating problems and AAA Wicks was great, does air, heating AND plumbing.

Matt, from Furnace Drs, arrived in the time frame agreed upon. He called when he was enroute to let us know what time he expected to arrive as well. He was at our house about 1 1/2 hrs cleaning and tuning up both the furnace and the air conditioner. I am not an expert, but Matt was personable and seemed competent and thorough. He let us know what issues we might face with our 15 yr old furnace and air conditioner even as he affirmed everything was in good working order.

Matt has been out to my house a couple times now. He has been on time, is efficient, and a pleasure to work with! We will use them again for sure.

Furnace broke in the middle of the night on Saturday 1/31/16 and they had someone out by 10am that day (which was a weekend and NYE). They even waived the $99 appointment fee which is unheard of on a weekend. The issue was fixed before 10:30 on Tuesday (earliest we could get the part due to the holiday). The service was great and informative. I worked with Wayne and Matt and I would definitely recommend them.

The service tech that came to my house was professional, kind, and helpful. He explained to me what was causing my finance not to heat up, and even helped me decide the best financial move regarding his visit. I asked extra questions about what it would be like to upgrade and add AC, he was happy to explain to me and give a ballpark cost.

All-in-all, a great experience having a tune-up from Furnace Doctors!

My AC unit went out and Furnace Doctors were able to come out within 48 hours to quote me on a replacement. I ended up replacing both the AC and furnace all together. They were able to it the very next day! Very professional and quality work. I would recommended these guys in a heartbeat and will work with them again. Thank you!

Aaron came by within 10 minutes of his window opening gave a quick explanation of what he was going to do and went to work. I didn’t have many questions in the beginning as I asked a lot beforehand. He had to run some large tubing from my furnace to his vehicle and put up some bumper like barriers so it wouldn’t damage or scull any of our walls which we appreciated.

The entire process for our 2455 sq foot home with 30 vents took a little over 3 hours. Pricing was reasonable given the size of our home and the in depth deep cleaning that he did. He took before and after photos without me asking and I was very appreciative of this. I would recommend him/the company in a heartbeat.

We just had a gas leak repaired near our furnace gas pipe & they responded within 1 hour!!! This company has been working with us for our private home along with our 4 rentals over the past 3 years. They provide excellent customer service. Outstanding! I’d go no where else!!
