On New Year’s Day evening, my furnace quit working, I knew no one would be working on New Year’s Day, so I kept my house warm with my electric stove, oven and space heater. The next morning I called 3 or 4 places, left my info for them to call me back. Furnace Doctors called back almost immediately, and had a guy at my house in about an hour. He was very professional and had a diagnosis in about 15 minutes. It was a bad high limit switch (21 years old). He quoted a reasonable price to have a new one installed, but needed to order one. In the mean time, he reset the old switch, and increased the fan speed, and had me open all the vents. This temporary fix lasted the 2 days until the new switch was installed.l

Jim was fantastic! We have had this HVAC problem ever since we moved in. Jim fully explained our problem and how he was going to fix it in layman’s terms. Thank you Jim!

Furnace Doctors just did a tune up on our 10 year old AC and was very pleased. I’ve been unhappy with other companies that seem to do less of a tuneup and more of a sales call. Jim showed me a couple issues that will likely need to be repaired or monitored over the next year, but did not try to hard sell any of it. I generally avoid service plans, but they did such a great job that I was happy to sign up for theirs.

Furnace Doctors has been my go to business for furnace and AC maintenance and repair. They are always professional and willing to explain the work that they do. I have never thought that they were attempting to up charge or do unnecessary work. I find them to be a trustworthy, cost-competitive business.
