We have used this company several times and I would definitely recommend them!

Apparently out furnace quit putting out heat on Monday......didn’t really realize it until Wednesday morning when the house temp. was 61 deg. Immediately called Furnance Doctors (who installed our system 3 years ago). They thought they could get someone out within a few hours. Much to my surprise and joy, the original installer “Matt” showed up at my door and made quick work of a “tune up” on my house furnace system. These newer systems DO REQUIRE some routine maintenance...... All is well now...... Went ahead and signed up for an A/C “tune up” for next spring, and went ahead and had Matt “tune up” my garage gas heater as well. Obviously I received excellent service this week from Furnace Doctors! Would highly recommend them for competitive installations of any HVAC system. And they WILL take care of you!

I contacted AAA Wicks for a furnace issue. The gentleman I initially spoke with was very informative and helpful. He made me feel at ease with my choice to use this company. Ron, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time. He also made me feel at ease with the process and promptly resolved the issue. I would recommend using Ron and AAA in the future.

Called furnace doctors after a power surge took down my blower motor for my furnace. They did not answer the phone but I left a message and they called me back promptly to schedule service. They made it out within a few hours and had my furnace repaired same day.

My furnace was making a loud squealing noise. I called the Furnace Doctor at 11:00 a.m. and Matt was at my house at 2 pm. He had to replace the blower motor and was done in an hour. Not an expense I was expecting but well worth it; if the furnace quit in this Minnesota winter weather I could have had frozen pipes and worse!

Karl saved the day at Belissimo Salon & Day Spa! Our water heater stopped working during the middle of a business day, so I gave him a call to let him know of the situation, and he was there within 10 minutes to check it out for us! He was very professional in diagnosing the problem, and very friendly and entertaining in the process! He had a new water heater installed for us within 24 hours and before we had to shampoo any of our clients with cold water! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done!
