They were able to have someone at my house within hours of my call. The Tech (Matt) was great; he found the issue fast. He was kind enough to educate me on maintenance of the system as he worked. Really great experience!

Our blower stopped operating, leaving us with no AC. I called Furnace Doctors in the late afternoon and they were able to have Matt out at 8am the next morning. Matt diagnosed the root problem (blower motor speed control) and provided three options to resolve the problem, explaining the cost, timing and benefits of each approach. He was able to shift his work around that day and resolve our problem less than 24 hours after Furnace Doctors was contacted.

Matt has always done a great job. He is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We're fortunate to leave close to his residence and often first on his list in the morning. I appreciate the consistency we have had. Matt installed our replacement system 5 years ago and has maintained it ever since!
