Excellent work. Very thorough, and explained everything as he went.

My outdoor AC unit wouldn't turn on. Furnace Doctors was able to schedule an appointment quickly the next day. Matt identified the issue - a rodent had died in my AC and chewed on several wires. He quickly patched things up and got everything working again. I have a +15 year AC unit and asked questions about getting a new one. Matt was very helpful in answering my questions. If I decide to get a new unit, I would like to work through Furnace Doctors.

We called in the evening and Matt was able to come the next afternoon to repair the air conditioner. He had the part that needed to be replaced and extra Freon if we had needed it but we didn’t. He clearly explained what he was doing and was friendly and fast. Super service!

Furnace Doctors has helped us a few times. This time, our furnace needed to be replaced. We decided to do a full furnace/AC replace and also added a humidifier on. Pricing was great, and they installed so quickly after we agreed to purchase I could hardly believe it. Very professional and left the workspace cleaner than it was when they came. Matt took the time to explain the system and what I needed to do to maintain it and keep our house comfortable. Thank you!!

Matt did a great job fixing our 30 year old boiler. He found the source of the problem (that another company had missed). His prices were more reasonable than other companies we checked, and he was available to come sooner than the others. Ashley in the office was very courteous and called back when a time opened up a day sooner than promised. Matt was considerate, put on shoe protectors, answered all my questions, was honest about what repairs were needed and which things were fine to leave alone. Someone from the shop made a parts run so that Matt could keep working and finish the job in one visit. I would definitely use him again and recommend Furnace Doctors highly.

I originally reached out on Facebook to the community and Wayne responded and said he would be happy to help. After a short phone call we had an appointment scheduled.

Matt arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. He explained what was wrong and was able to fix it right away. He also gave me suggestions on some other things he noticed.

I was expecting him to tell me that I needed to spend $4000 on a whole new system since mine is 29 years old. He didn’t. The price was exactly what Wayne told me it would be! Matt did give me a quote of what it is going to cost when it does stop working however he did NOT pressure me into thinking I needed anything additional.

I will be using them again and look forward to the great customer service.

Matt was very professional, helpful, and timely; he did our tune up as hired well. He also helped us more by discovering the reason for a recent power cycle. We didn't even think about the air conditioner; he consulted with us on his find and repaired it upon our request immediately. Great work Matt!
