I contacted Kaltec for an estimate at my mother's home. They did not try to upsell us on services she did not need unlike a competitor estimator did.
Kal answered all of my questions honestly and professionally and gave me the information I needed to make the right decisions.
He came out with estimate on a Tuesday and install was completed that Friday.
The installers were professional, courteous and on time and did a great job.
I would recommend Kaltec to anyone with HVAC needs.

I thought I was calling another company and dialed Kaltec by mistake. Their price for our water tank repair was substantially higher than the other company, but their work was excellent and so much better than what the original water tank came with. I would certainly recommend them for heating,cooling, and water tank repairs.

I rated 4 stars only because the original repair man that came out did not wear a mask and then came walking through my house to find me to ask a question after I told him to text me. I expect a business to respect my privacy and requests. The next repair men that came to install my new furnace were professional and courteous though. I appreciate them. They also listened to my complaint about the first repair guy.

Had the AC go out on July 4th while we were gone. Kaltec was able to come out early the day after we got home and--while we expected to hear "New AC unit needed"--found out that it was just a little fuse issue. Saved us big $$$ during this rough patch.
After fixing the issue, we were able to take some measurements for free as well as a quick Q&A about what our next steps would be if the unit died again.
Great help, thank you again! Now that we're all measured out, when the AC eventually dies I'll be able to replace it quickly.

Love this company the young man was Knowledgeable professional courteous kind and gave good information on how to keep maintenance done and have maintenance done each year I signed up for the maintenance policy because of the professionalism that the young man showed he really cared he just wasn’t at my home to make a dollar he cared about the services that he rendered if I could give 20 stars I’d give them all to this company

Ryan just came out to my mom’s house because the fan wasn’t blowing on her AC unit. It’s old! I called around and Ryan was able to come within about an hour and a half! It’s in the 90s today. Tammy, who took my call was very cheery with an infectious personality as well. Ryan was very personable, knowledgeable, and informative. He arrived with shoe covers and a mask ready to get to it done. He took his time and answered all of my questions (I usually ask lots of questions about most things). Everything was emailed, even the invoice and details that were discussed. Highly recommended.

Very professional and did a great job of letting us know the details of the AC installation. We had to replace an old unit in our house.
Compared prices and they were the best price for exactly what we needed.
