Air conditioning unit was only blowing room temp air out on Sunday night so I called Kaltec on Monday morning. Kal stopped by on Monday afternoon to diagnose the problem and determined I needed a new AC unit since the compressor died (unit was made in '97). He took the time to check out my furnace situation as well which was also nearing end of life. I decided to just get both replaced and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. Joe, Drew, and Kal did an amazing and meticulous job with the installation and got the job done in less than 8 hours! They tidied up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. Will use them for all of my future hvac needs!

Humidifier didn't work. He told me I needed a new humidifier. The one I had was obsolete and parts was unavailable. A new one would cost 700 dollars, due to the time of the season.

They were knowledgeable, fast, efficient, courteous and did a great job on the installation and cleanup. I highly recommend Kaltec!

Kal was able to troubleshoot our coolant problem in no time and got to work right away. After the job was completed he consulted us on several options with HVAC projects moving forward. It is clear to us that Kal is very passionate and knowledgeable about his trade. 10 out of 10 would do business with him again.

I had a problem with a badly corroded incoming water line into my water heater. I called Kaltec on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and he came to my home to reivew my problem. My existing water heater was over 14 years old and I agreed that to try and fix the corroded water line could possibly burst if replacement was tried. I asked Kal for a quote for a new water heater and he was subtantially lower than another company. I scheduled his company to replace my water heater the day after Thanksgiving and he arrived promply and replaced the equipment in less than 2 hours.

Cal installed a furnace and air conditioner in my hundred year old house in Northville while I was in California and had to communicate from afar. He was readily available on Sunday and prompt in returning my calls and making appointments with the tenants and suppyling supplemental heaters for them while the job was being done. It was a huge furnace that needed removal and a huge 3 day job. I was very relieved to know that he had experience with this sort of furnace before.I felt completely comfortable in his hands and would recommend him highly to anyone.

I really like this company, they are very caring, nice, respectful, they communicate with u. The guy dominick that came out did great, he actually had to come out 2 days back to back because my furnace was having issues, but thanks to him. He got it back to life lol. I highly recommend this place ☺️

Kal was great to work with and very good communicator. He came out twice over the weekend to look at the work that needed to be complete. The work was complete in a timely matter and he took the time to ensure everything was working well.

The receptionist was very nice to set up an appointment for me. A technician Ryan was also very nice and professional. He did a wonderful job explaining the issue and how he’ll fix it including some advice for future.
