Professional, timely, and efficient. My furnace issue was diagnosed quickly and the part replaced in a timely manner. Both gentlemen I dealt with were highly professional and easy to talk to. Thank you, Kaltec, for helping a girl out!

I needed to have a gas line capped off, so just a small job. I called Kal and he came out the same day. Sent a text message when he was on the way, did the work quickly and I paid by credit card and got the receipt sent by email. Perfect.

After the most recent ice storm, I was in dire need of furnace repair. Kal, was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He helped explain where the issues were and what needed to be repaired vs what could wait. He even followed up several hours later to make sure things were working as desired. I highly recommend the excellent service provided by Kaltec.

I contacted KALTEC via their website on Friday and they responded via telephone within hours. WE made an appointment for Sunday.

Kaltec reviewed our AC issues examined our AC unit on Sunday, recommended a solution and gave us quote. On Wednesday we contacted Kaltec and accepted their proposal. They took final measurements on Thursday.

On Friday they disassembled the old AC and installed the new unit. The New AC unit was totally operational, work areas cleaned and old equipment removed when they left. Note this all occurred in 6 days.

ALL APPOINTMENTS WERE ON TIME, INSTALL WAS EFFORTLESS AND COMPLETE. NO CALL BACKS. EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED WAS COMPLETE -- THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROPOSED INCLUDING REPLACING MY SUSPECT ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT UNITS.

YES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!

Wow....We needed a new chimney liner, some vents sealed up from old duct work, and a new dryer vent. I looked up some heating and cooling companies and seen Kaltec had very good reviews, so I called them. Kal came to look at what I need done. He was very knowledgeable. I got my quote online which was great. and all within the week, Kal and his crew had everything done. The price was more than reasonable....and the job was done 100% professional. I don't think I could have found a better company.

My furnace went out earlier this week. I called a number of companies to come out and evaluate what was going on. I have small children and can't go without heat. None of the companies that I contacted could come out for days, or just never answered or returned my call. When I called Kal he answered immediately and said he could come same day. He was at my home within hours and determined that my furnace needed to be replaced. That wasn't what I wanted to hear, but he was fair and made the process of replacing the furnace as painless as possible. Within 2 days or furnace was installed. He also supplied us box space heaters to borrow until our unit could be replaced and we wouldn't have to go without heat. I would recommend him to anyone, great service, fast, and fair.

Contacted Kaltec Heating & Cooling on February 6, 2019 that morning for a service call because my furnace had went out I was able to schedule a same day appointment for a technician to come out to Diagnose the problem, once the tech arrived he determined the issues in all of 15mins and referred a business partner he works with, he was able to come out the next morning and fix the problem, my heat is now working and he charge a reasonable price. Will hire again!! Thanks for your business

Absolutely fantastic service!!! Very polite and absolute gentlemen. Ac on one of the most hottest days failed due to ac coil. Gave free freon to last until the new one installed. Came on Saturday. Yes Saturday to replace new unit!!! Absolutely fantastic service. May god bless them all!!!!!! Without a shadow of doubt, best service I have received!!! Was having issues with my blower motor for my AC and I called Kaltec for service. Service guy came out same day I called and fixed my problem within an hour after arriving. Service guy was professional. I recommend this company for any heating and cooling issues you may have.

Very prompt service, knowledgable technician but very pricey. My system was not working and within a minute the technician figured out, it was due to a frozen, clogged water tube and as soon as he pulled it out, system started working. Then he told me my system is very dirty, pipes might be clogged and it needs cleaning and service. He was done in exactly 5 minutes and he said everything looks okay and did not need more work. The bill was $240. The technician told me that it is a standard practice in Kaltec. They have to be fair to everyone and charge the same.
