Kaltec Plumbing, Heating & Air

I’ve worked with Kaltec for both heating and cooling. I’ve had one of my furnaces replaced by them and since then have seasonal servicing too. I trust them them. You should give them a call for your hearing and cooling needs.

I was having some issues with my AC unit at my rental property and Kaltec was fantastic about communicating with my renter and getting back to me about what the issue was. Scheduling an appointment was very easy as well!

We have used Kaltec over the last 4 years or so. Always has been on time and right on with a cure for our problems. Very informative about all questions ask. He is the only one we will use and recommend to others.

Somebody came out 10-13-20 to give me an estimate. Told me he would have my quote emailed either tuesday night, or wednesday morning. Called wednesday afternoon told them i still havent received an email bout my quote. Was told their working on it. 10-18-20 still no quote.

I would definitely recommend Kaltec Heating & Cooling. They replaced both our furnaces and we felt very comfortable with their price, knowledge and installation. Great job Kal and Crew!

Ron was very professional courteous when I asked him questions regarding my concern about my boiler. I did not feel as though he was trying to get over on us. Seem like a trust worthy company.

Ryan from Kaltech came to our house to install a Google Nest Thermostat. Could not have asked for a more patient, helpful tech. We will definitely be using Kaltech again.

Kal was out in less than an hour and had fixed the AC. Turned out to be a faulty wiring from when another company installed the furnace and neglected to wire the ac to the new thermostat. Excellent service.

Brian came on time and repaired my dryer pipe and made sure it was secure for the long hall. He’s great! Thank you Kaltec.

Came late to give a quote! After that never called back. I call the virtual office were the receptionist portrays like it's a large firm but could never speak to anyone. Always the same robotic reply," I will have someone call you back. This went on for two weeks !!
