We've used Kaltec for our HVAC services for a few years now. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When needing a new furnace, they provided many options to help find what best fit our need and budget. We highly recommend them!

Highly recommended. The entire process was painless and handled very professionally. Kal took a look at our old system and in a few minutes was able to offer pricing and recommendations. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to be on site installing the new system 3 days later. Joe was the lead tech and could not have been more professional and helpful. We had an issue with a natural gas leak on a Saturday after the install began and Joe was onsite within 20 min and had the problem solved within an hour (and just to clarify the leak was not caused by them it was from an old dryer gas line) I would definitely recommend Kaltec in the future and will be using them for future maintenance and repairs.

Ryan was courteous and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made suggestions to get the best performance out of my AC system. He was thorough and efficient. I loved that you could schedule online with this company and their communications about my appointment were accurate and sent in both text and email form. They also communicated the right amount, they did not text me or email me to the point of aggravation which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Ryan and Kaltec to anyone who asks me.

Called this morning to have my A/C checked out on my new home. They were able to get me an appointment same day. Dominick (and his trainee) were incredibly professional and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions.

The quote provided was very reasonable and the financing available is definitely a perk. Dominick explained my options for fixing my current unit vs getting a new one and detailed what units would work with my home/the costs associated. It was overall a very satisfying experience.

EDIT 5/23/21: I've since spoken with numerous other HVAC companies in the area with customer reviews similar to this company. I stand by the tech being polite and professional but I know now that the quote was beyond unreasonable.

Kaltec was trying to take me for a fool. I have had several other companies weigh in and Kaltec was by far the most expensive and least truthful. I understand that they need to make a sale but try not to spend the customers money.

I live in a 1700 square foot house. I was advised my unit was beyond repairs given it would be well over $2K to fix it and it wasn't in good shape. I was given 3 options for replacement and 1 of those would require the replacement of my 2017 furnace. The other two options were $4400 or $4900 for just the A/C replacement. They then upsold me on getting attachments put in and I was potentially looking at $7600 worth of work. I'm glad I got more quotes.

The next tech I spoke with by phone was surprised at the cost of the A/C + labor alone. Stating he'd never charged over $4K for an A/C unit install and that my house was more around $3K based on size.

The next tech I brought out to the house not only found the leak quickly (something I was told would take hours and would result in a costly fix), they were able to assure me of the fix and the state of my unit. It is not beyond repair and is actually in great shape given its age (16 years). I am aware the r22 is going for $100/lb right now and that will be my main expense. He estimates a $1000 fix over the estimate fix of $1600 + repairs to the unit.

The tech at Kaltec was beyond kind. And I'm sure it's just training. But this company was by far the most expensive quote I received out of 6 companies I had out/spoke with. Don't spend the customers money.

5/25/21 Edit: In response to the company: Yes, I didn't mention the 10 year warranty offered with the $4900 unit. I was quoted $1600 for the r22 and labor. That was without the repairs to the unit itself by my understanding. Regardless, I was able to get my unit repaired and working for $1000.

They replaced my entire duct system. After the Installation i had an issue, they came out solved my problem in a timely manner and with no extra cost. Good job

They were able to come to our house the next day. Easy fix, just a fuse to replace. The service call and parts were affordable. They told us how to clean our AC unit and how to be safe if we do minor repairs ourselves. Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!

Kal does fantastic work. He’s very pleasant to work with and has been there in a pinch when I needed him in the past. He gives it to you straight and let’s you know what must be done and what can wait for later as well. He does quality work. I’ve had Kal service my place for a number of years now and he’s great.
Kal is very knowledgeable and I appreciate all the advice he’s shared on problem solving issues.

Great service and they tell you what needs to be done and what you can hold off on too. They also let you know the age of your equipment and how many years you can get out of it before needing to replace it with consistent maintenance.

Great response and speedy service. Responded to my HomeAdvisor request within a couple minutes, and swung by my house to check on my furnace within 20 minutes.

They informed me of all of my options and explained exactly what needed to be done. Worked with me to find a long-term solution that fit my budget.

The installer was very courteous and even helped me with the thermostat hookup, which he didn’t need to do.

Overall, I felt that Kaltec treated me very fairly and provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Kaltec came out within the hour when I called the first time. They scheduled me right away and came out and replaced my air conditioner quickly. The guys were very professional and helpful. I would use them again if I need them and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
