My home air conditioner exploded and Kaltec was there to diagnose it right away. After determining a replacement was needed they had one out and installed the next day. The install went smooth and they took great care in cleaning up after the job was done.

We were very happy with our service from Kaltec Heating and Air. Their efficiency and professionalism was outstanding. Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. They came out immediately with space heaters to keep us warm and fixed the problem the next day. Several months later we had another minor problem and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. You can't go wrong with this efficient company.

We have two furnaces and they both went out this year - one in January and one in November. Both times, someone from Kaltec came out on a holiday or weekend to check it out. The new furnaces were installed quickly and professionally, and are running great. I definitely recommend this company.

My furnace was not filling with water. He diagnosed the problem. I was happy and satisfied with the professional service. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The furnace is working like brand new. Another satisfied customer !

Kal responded quickly to a weekend call on a cold winter day. He was professional and courteous and quickly helped us select and install a new heating and thermostat system. He quickly responded again last week to recalibrate an AC/thermostat issue. We really appreciate the same day responsiveness and follow through. Thanks!

My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air on a hot summer day and the weather said the next 10 days would only get hotter so I called 4 different HVAC companies to see when they'd be able to send someone over; all had an $89 initial assessment fee. Three weren't available until a couple days or next week, but Kaltec said they could send someone over the same day. Ryan showed up in the scheduled time frame with a mask on (+1 for safety), quickly determined it was a capacitor issue (the top was almost blown off!), had a spare part on hand, and gave a reasonable price to replace it - $190 for part, labor, and waived the assessment fee. He replaced the part safely & efficiently, was knowledgeable when answering my questions, and now my place is no longer at 82F. If I could rate just Ryan he'd get 5 stars.

I'm only docking 1 star from my review because when I scheduled my appointment on the phone I clearly stated my air conditioning was not working. However when I got the confirmation email it said my furnace wasn't working. Ryan also asked to clarify if it was a furnace or an air conditioning problem; he seemed doubtful it was a furnace issue especially on a hot summer day. Though in the end it didn't matter what the confirmation email said, it would have been better if the confirmation email accurately reflected what I said on the phone.

Our furnace went out last week due to sewer and drainage flooding. These guys came out straight out on the same day when many companies did not gave an excellent quote and then came the next day and installed the furnace in a very meticulous and professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves too. I would highly recommend this great local company!!!

I purchased a new Carrier furnace through Sears who contracted Kaltec to install it. I was very impressed when they asked to come out the day before to check out the area, make sure I had adequate electricity to install the product and get the proper measurements so there would be no hiccups during the installation. They arrived the following day on time, took the proper precautions so as not to damage anything while bringing in the new and taking out the old. They did a great job installing and cleaning up and gather all the boxes and old parts. They also did a walk through, very personable answering any questions and left a contact number. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied! They came in Monday evening to check my water heater. My water heater was rusted and needed to be replaced, they said they could replace it as soon as tomorrow. They came in the next day and got the work done. I don't have words to express how happy I am with their service. Professional, efficient and experienced. Kaltec is definitely the way to go!

A tech came out to check out the problem and was able to tell me right away what was wrong. The next day he came and fixed the issue. So I'd recommend this company. it was fast and affordable.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because the tech didn't wear shoe covers, neither he took the shoes off when he walked in, especially considering the COVID situation that's been going around the whole entire world, he didn't have his mask on.
