Crain Heating and Cooling

We sign up for the twice a year maintenance service every year to keep our heating and cooling functioning at their best. Robert was very thorough, completed the work on a timely basis, was on schedule arriving, and was very friendly and courteous. I love the fact they call me to schedule the regular maintenance at the appropriate times of year. In the past, I have gotten busy and not done that until later than I should have. Quality service and good price - a winning combination.

Sean and Will did a great job installing the furnace and air conditioner. They worked hard and were very professional. It was a long day for them but they managed to get it all done. They helped get us situated with the thermostat, showed us all their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Mike was very accommodating when working with our quoting process. We found Crain's price for a new furnace and air conditioner fair with an excellent warranty program.

From start to finish Crain was outstanding! Security for customers by sending you an email picture of the representative that was coming to your door was appreciated! Everyone was extremely courteous and the prices were way below the high end guys in town. Crain goes out of their way to assist you in any way, communication was excellent! Installed a full system and I barely knew they were here. Highly recommended! I won't be searching for anyone else to handle my heating and cooling needs from now on...adding them to my contacts!

I was looking for a new furnace and AV unit after having a recurrent slow leak in our existing AC unit. Cody came out and provided detailed estimates and was able to help us select the best furnace and AC for our needs. Crain got us scheduled quickly. Doug and WIll got it all installed in one day. Its been just a few weeks but everything seems to be working great.

Our furnace quit on us two days ago, and getting someone to look at it quickly was tough, but Crain was able to send a tech within a day to take a look. Ted Petersen came to my house, diagnosed the issue, and answered my questions with professionalism and kindness. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. Ted was so helpful and did a great job with everything. I highly recommend Crain!

My partner and I have used Crain in the past and hired them again to test our AC and to fix our broken humidistat. The technician, Brian, was extremely polite, respectful, professional and wore a mask and practiced safe distancing while in our home and did a fantastic job overall. In the past, Crain was able to send an invoice to my partner for billing, but home office insisted that Brian collect payment before he left--no problem. After he left, my partner was sent an invoice for payment after I already paid. I hope that the people responsible for billing do not try to charge us twice.

I had these guys install a new furnace, AC and humidifier all at the same time about 3 weeks ago. They did everything they said they would. The price was very reasonable. They were professional and efficient. I have no problem recommending them. I don't normally write reviews but they actually deserve a good one.

My AC went out in mid July. Though other companies had a 2 week backlog, Crains was able to come out the very next day. Ted was professional, explained the issue to me (blown fuse), explained my options (replace fuse and connector or replace my whole 22 yr old AC unit), but did not do a hard sell, which I appreciated. He fixed the fuse/connector, at a reasonable price, and checked to make sure all was working. Seamless transaction, recommend this company.
