Crain Heating and Cooling makes me feel like family. Everyone I've dealt with is helpful, caring and professional. Today we had a new humidifier and humidifier thermostat installed. Technician Ian was extremely friendly, professional and informative. He gave me thorough instructions on how to maintain the humidifier and answered my questions so I know exactly what to do between check-ups. They never try to sell me parts or service I do not need. So nice to deal with a company you can trust.

Brent Roberts did a fantastic job! He was quick to respond to an emergency call. He diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem in a short amount of time. He was thorough in checking all other operating functions and provided recommendations.

This was the second time I have received service from Crain. I have found them to be trustworthy, highly competent and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Cody visited to give us an estimate for furnace replacement. He was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with and not a big push salesman.

We have a new AC installed one month ago. The staffs are very friendly and patient to answer all the questions from the evaluation all the way to installation. The installation looks good. The AC is working fine now, though it needs time to conclude that the installation is really good. I will write more reviews after the AC runs a while.

The only thing the staffs made mistake is that they forgot to turn my water tank temperature back on to the original setting. So we didn't have hot water that night. But we figured it out by ourselves. Not a big deal. The reason they turn the water tank heater off is because they need to install a humidifier as well.

Excellent service from a great company with great people. I had Cory from Crain come out for an estimate for a new furnace and a/c on a Wednesday. He walked me through my options and explained the pros and cons of various configurations in a very transparent way. This good experience together with the price offered gave me confidence to move forward. We scheduled the installation for Friday in the same week. Until then I was provided with the final quote. Dee did a nice job with personally calling to confirm the installation work and exact time of when the technicians would start their work. On Friday Brent and Sean showed up on time and started work right away. Within approx. 5 hours they replaced and installed a new a/c, furnace, coil, and humidifier and updated all piping and plumbing to ensure everything is up to code. I am really pleased with their work and craftsmanship. Brent and Sean are really nice guys and very knowledgeable technicians. Crain also takes care of filing the paperwork at the utilities providers (rebate) and city inspector. The overall project was a perfect experience from start to finish. Crain did an excellent job installing the new AC and Furnace, and helping to eliminate a cumbersome floor vent by redirecting some ductwork. They were quick, on point, and all around great service. Would use again and recommend!

Technician did an annual check of our furnace. Took extra time to explain operation and maintenance of filter and humidifier. Also took extra time to trace heating ducts and ensure valves were open. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient and pleasant to deal with.
