My experience with Crain was extremely positive. Interacting with customer service via phone and email to schedule a free estimate and to ultimately schedule the work was seamless. They were organized, helpful and were even able to bump me up on the calendar when an availability opened up. The install was great -- prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
They also made sure I got the rebates that I was eligible for and I believe they charged a fair price. I would absolutely recommend Crain to anyone.

We renovated our 100 year old home in Royal Oak, MI. We took the house down to the studs and redid multiple vents to improve the heating in the house. After many quotes, we went with Crain. They were the most competitive bid and could install the new HVAC system and ducts within our timeline. Cody was professional and wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough good things about working with them. They are hands down the best.

Installed high efficiency furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. Very pleased with the entire experience. From quote to install we didn't have any issues. Melissa in the office is very nice to work with. Everyone that came in our home was pleasant and answered all our questions. They had the most competitive bid out of all thr companies we spoke to. Crain Heating and Cooling was one of the few who could do my high velocity air conditioning system replacement. They came out quickly for an estimate and I was able to schedule the work quickly as well. They were professional and on time as well as cleaned up after themselves. I like that they had a warranty on their work and I can get a hold of them easily if I had any questions. I would use them again, thank you!

The men on the team were very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job and worked until the Job was finished. Went over service contract with me. We received a complimentary AC maintenance check for purchasing and installing a new furnace last winter. The tech was prompt, friendly and professional. He checked and cleaned our unit and was very honest. I definitely will use Crain for any future AC or furnace needs if the need arises.
