My mother recently had a new furnace installed at her home. Amazing work done by this company. Extremely polite and hard working employees, and everything was done in a very reasonable time frame. From start to finish, it was an easy and painless process for her. Brandon and the crew were awesome.I will highly recommend Crain to any friends and family with heating and cooling needs. Awesome work Crain!!

The tech Bryan was great. Had a previous company do a PM on my AC for $99. All they did was spray my condensing coils with water and not checking anything else. The pictures of my AC were so dirty they clearly just took my money and ran. But I recommend this company to all my friends and family. They always provide excellent service. He went above and beyond. I have nothing but praise for the service and this tech.

This is my second time using Crain Heating and Cooling. They are very responsive and were able to get somebody out the same day. Ted P diagnosed the issue as a low pressure switch failure. He was able to put a temporary switch on while the correct part was ordered. Once the part came in, they promptly scheduled another appointment to come out and replace the part. Ted P was very nice, efficient, and professional. Thanks Ted and Crain! Will definitely use this company again in the future

Couldn't be happier with the overall level of service and professionalism from Crain Heating and Cooling. Ted originally came out to install a gas heater in our garage. He was very polite, timely, and did an excellent job installing the unit. Robert also came out to service our home boiler and was very polite and professional throughout the visit. Crain Heating and Cooling provided us with excellent service, fast response times, and fair estimates throughout both visits. We will be using them for all of our future HVAC needs. Thanks again!!

A big shout out to Cody, who did the estimate on the new A/C and installation. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions honestly. Kudos to Sean and Nate who installed the new unit. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the work was done. Sean even offered to install the smart thermostat. Unfortunately, I didn't have it yet. They gave me a timeline for the work to be done and pretty much, they stuck with it. Awesome job guys!

Great customer service so far from Crain. I first had them out to do an A/C tuneup/inspection for our aging, wheezing unit, after researching inspection prices from a few providers in the area. The technician who came was friendly and informative, and I asked him to write up an estimate for a full replacement of the A/C system. The Crain team sent over a range of estimates reflecting units of various types/price points, and after selecting one, they handled the installation quickly. Again the technicians who came out were friendly and professional. Excellent customer service, would strongly recommend.

From giving the estimate to installation Crain has been everything a customer could want. When I asked if they would send an estimate, Cody said it was already on my computer. Surprised and delighted is what every customer wants Crain met and exceeded expectations. Couldn’t believe it when they said my job would be done in one day. A long one, but they did it! Clean up, perfect. My only problem, seems like they didn’t restart the water heater after installing a chimney liner. I’m sure they will fix it. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Crain replacing my furnace and AC. Sean and Brandon were awesome and did an excellent job. The install was very organized and clean. I also appreciated that the quote process was straightforward and low stress.

Crain was absolutely amazing!! Jason did a wonderful job explaining the ideal unit for our home. He was very detailed and thorough and offered comets rice pricing. Audrey was so helpful and friendly with all of the office and "paper" items (even after our unit was installed). The installation crew was friendly, informative, and built a beautiful new furnace!! No complaints here. We love local small businesses and are so glad we chose Crain!! Thank you

Filters to ensure they were in good condition.
