Crain Heating and Cooling

After having bad experiences with other HVAC contractors who try and over quote work, Crain was a breath of fresh air. I've had different techs to my home and all have been personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Bryan and Ian installed a new Elite Lennox furnace and water heater and did an excellent job. They took their time to insure it was done right - 8.5 hours. They cleaned up afterwards and you couldn’t tell they were even here. Bryan took time at the end to explain the new system - how it works, what all the new pipes and vents do and what we need to do in order to keep it working as new. He even explained things about our new Lennox A/C (installed last year by another company) that the other company never took the time to discuss after the install.
We have found our new go to company for HVAC service!

This company provides some of the best customer experience I've ever encountered. They are extremely quick in their responses, the repairmen they send are efficient and courteous, and their prices are fair. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Crain service representative Cody was very professional and useful in helping pick the right ac replacement for us. The value was good and installation was timely. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they did leave soot on the basement carpet during install. They did pay for the carpet cleaning to make it right. I would use again.

This is the second time they've come out to service our house. Not only was the technician honest and on time, but he was also easy to talk to. Even though they gave me bad news, I didn't feel pushed into anything I didn't want to do. Again, we appreciate the excellent service and professionalism of your entire staff!!!!

I had nothing but a great experience with Crain. Our furnace was very old so when it stopped working, we decided to get quotes for replacement (of the AC as well) rather than repair it again. I reached out to 3 companies to give me rough estimates without having to come out. Cody sent me an email almost immediately with a detailed estimate, asked for pictures so they can be prepared and quickly answered every question I had. One other company reluctantly gave me an estimate and it was $3k more than Crain, and the third company required a visit before giving a quote. So we went with our gut and so happy we did. The crew that came out was very professional, quick, clean, and did a great job. I wasn't sure about choosing a company I hadn't heard of and didn't have any personal recommendations for, but the online reviews do not lie. Great company, zero regrets. Will recommend to anyone that asks.

Jacob seemed to know what he was doing and had a believable diagnosis.. plus he checked for warranty coverage.
(Would recommend not watching unrelated podcasts on the phone during repair visits..)

They came out quickly after calling and explaining issue with my furnace. Told them the igniter was out, they brought the part, did a thorough check, replaced igniter, and put it back together. The guy who came out was professional and gave some maintenance tips on furnace as well. Very good customer service and work done!
