Air Master Heating, Air Conditioning & Fireplace

Max was out to install combustion source vents because my furnace is in a small mechanical room that wasn’t to code. This job was performed after being noted during the city inspection. Correcting the issue cost me nothing. Max was super professional and courteous. He went over and above to do a great job! I am highly satisfied and wish all service professionals were this good!

Very pleased! The technician gave a brief overview of the maintenance work he did and how everything looks and whatnot.

The team is responsive and so helpful. The onsite team and especially Kevin are very thorough and knowledgable and very trustworthy. We will continue using the company for all of our related needs.

I was recently diagnosed with Covid. The tech came to the house and requested we reschedule. He was very understanding and professional.
Great service and I have used Air Master for years.

I have been using Air Master for years and am on their maintenance plan of $18 a month. They come 2-3 times a year and do maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner and they are always on time, professional and wonderful. I love Air Master and would recommend them to anyone.

10/5/22- Nick was awesome. He was prompt professional courteous and had no problem explaining everything that he was doing. I would never go anywhere else because of people like Nick and this company

6/8/2022- not only did I get a text message but also received a text message with a photo of the individual coming out. The service man I believe his name was John came out was very professional kind and courteous and explained everything step-by-step and showed me the problems and made suggestions he has followed up with forwarding a text message to his company advising them of a representative coming out and having certain products replaced. He also went as far to say I did not need the entire furnace replaced but a certain section and that they carry their own in-house financing. I am truly impressed with Air Master and will stick with them and recommend that everyone else that I was reading this post do the same they are kind courteous and Trent asked for more .

First off the company text me almost 45 minutes ahead of time let me know that Brandon was on his way. Brandon was courteous enough to wear a mask and went right to work. Brandon addressed all my questions and concerns and even made some suggestions on improving the quality of my furnaces. I would highly recommend a company like that and will stick with them in it for the future

Than you so much for taking the time to discuss my agreement and telling me about the Gold package (which I purchased) Hannah also assisted me with getting a tech out here to address my vision for my daughters room(my daughters name is also Hannah and spelled the same way) Her knowledge of the companies operations helped navigate and locate the correct person. Thank you ma’am.
Let’s talked about Jeff 😎. What an awesome guy. He was able to identify and suggest the endless possibilities of making this work out for my daughter and my budget. What was even more exciting he allowed me to let my dog out. I am so impressed with the knowledge and carting that these 2 individuals have given me. Good people equal a good backbone for a company.
I know there are a lot of companies that talk the talk, not only does this company talk the talk but walk the walk.
As a veteran I want to say thank you for your service to this community and will always have a customer for life.

I've never had a group of professionals, with Greg the team leader, that were highly customer service oriented than the team that serviced my installation of a new home air conditioner. I highly recommend this company.

We used them through Costco for the install of our new set up. They were easy to deal with throughout and not pressuring you at all. Basically here are your options based on what you have now and that's it. No upselling or anything.

Install day went smoothly and left mess at all. Great communication throughout sales and leading up to installation.

I can't repeat to as many people how awesome this business is. Responsive, reasonably priced, and really wonderful service. I have had several of their technicians (Kyle most recently) and they have been efficient, kind, thorough, and incredibly honest. I will definitely be going through them for a full replacement when the time comes, but in the meantime they advised me to save my money and that my current system still has some time left (the A/C is 36 years old!) and their service plan is an excellent value. Nice to see local businesses like this in our community.

Ed was kind, professional , and honest. All of the staff I encountered were wonderful and very skilled!
