Air Master Heating, Air Conditioning & Fireplace

We have hot water heat in our home so we have no ductwork in our walls but wanted central air conditioning. I called Air Master to get a quote on a ductless (mini-split) system. Our salesman, Jeff Fry, was very knowledgeable about the system and sold us just what we needed to cool our house. He took lots of photos and checked out the whole house before coming back with a quote we thought was very reasonable. The installers were very friendly and efficient and did a nice, clean job. They even removed our old window A/C unit for us! We're very happy with the whole purchase and installation process and are EXTREMELY happy with the system. It's remarkably quiet and cools the entire house with just 2 indoor units, just like Jeff said it would.

Needed a “gas leak” to be detected. Technician came empty handed and did absolutely nothing but walk around the basement. Charged me $100 for 0 labor to be done. If you want your time and money wasted, I’d definitely recommend Air Master Heating & Air Conditioning :)

These guys were on time, polite and very professional. They took their time to check our system they installed, as well as looked at our other unit in the basement. They answered all my questions. Never felt rushed. The unit they installed works great, and the staff is top notch! I would highly recommend Air Master!

I would highly recommend. Salesman took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot of questions). Very informative, pleasant and patient with me. Installers were the best. They were very through and respectfully with my home. When the job was completed, they explained everything they replaced and how it works. After they left, you would never have known they were there. I would highly recommend.

Nick was great. He came to do a furnace annual inspection. I told him about an intermittent problem we are having with our furnace. He looked up the previous notes from another technician so that he would know the exact issue, and he then proceeded to work to recreate the issue so that he could advise me and fix it. Nick was informative and thorough. Excellent.

The Air Master team did a fantastic job installing our new AC and furnace. Kendrick and team came back a second day to finish the job just right and make sure the work would pass code. Did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend!

Max and his team went above and beyond with our install. The start was rough due to some minor issues, but Max and Caleb made the best of it. Being on time and very helpful each day of installing the new equipment. Airmaster has always been a family to mine and after this install I know why. They are experienced, professional, and honest. They even cleaned up everything, no other company has done that for us. 10 stars for Max and his crew! Thank you again for making it fun and not just another transaction.

Everyone I spoke with at Air Master was great. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked with me to find a reasonable solution. Jeff ended up coming out to fix the AC. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend!
