I was really impressed with the quality of work the two men did installing a new furnace. They did an amazing job and were very professional. I would recommend Air Master to anyone I know who needs heating and cooling work done.

This place is awesome. We have had John come out twice for maintenance and he is great. He explains everything and showed my husband how to do it. This company is awesome and I recommend them to everyone.

Very pleased with your technician. He was on time, professional, explained what he was doing and why he had to do it. There is still a problem with the vent in my dining area and he did not hesitate to explain that he was not familiar with this type of event and how to fix it. The house is 81 years old so I get it. He said that he would pass this information on to someone in the office and that your company would be in touch and send someone out who was more familiar with this situation. I strongly feel that the technician has had good training both at the company but also personally.

Air Master's crew was efficient, on time, and very communicative. They helped us get a broken AC and old furnace replaced in just about a week's time from meeting with a salesperson. The crew on site was really helpful in explaining the systems and making sure we know what is in our home! Would absolutely recommend for someone looking in their service area.

We had our HVAC go out in our business at the worst time. Air Masters was quick to respond and Jeff Martin diagnosed our issue quickly. Air Masters ordered and received our parts and scheduled the repair the same day. Jeff Martin made quick work of the repair and we were back up and running.

I highly recommend Air Master. These people have one goal and that is to make sure you are happy. The salesman was fantastic in explaining our options. The installer and his team really knew what they were doing. Everyone from their business was polite and friendly.

I am always very satisfied with the service from Air Master's. All their service men have always been professional, courteous and come on time.
At present I very much appreciate all the service men wearing PPE. I would give them a sixth star just for this reason!
This time we had an issue with the water heater and the technician arrived in time on a Saturday and fixed the fault. The gas controller unit in the water heater was faulty and he replaced it.

I called Air Master to diagnose an issue with my A/C. Their technician swiftly identified the problem as a faulty capacitor, but wanted $315 for a new one he had on hand. I understand the price of convenience and the overhead that has to be baked into the cost of doing business, but this is a ~$15 part online that's as easy to install as changing a battery. I probably would have paid as much as $100, but a 2000% upcharge on parts is just too much. Ordered one from Amazon, it arrived the next day, and swapped it in 5 minutes.

I'm happy that the problem was identified swiftly and accurately but I won't be calling again- unsure if I could ever trust that I'm getting a fair price.

We scheduled an appointment because our a/c unit was not working properly. Much to our amazement and surprise, the service repair person Kyle D. came a day early! I was so excited because we didn’t have to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the appointment. What was even better was the unit was restored. Kyle D. was very professional and explained the problem and solutions.
I would highly recommend Air Masters for HVAC services!
