I recently had a leaking shower in my bathroom and reached out for help. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The communication was excellent from start to finish, with the Eric keeping me informed every step of the way.

What impressed me the most was how quickly they were able to come out and repair the leak and replace the shower valve. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and Eric was friendly, professional, and efficient in fixing the problem.

Overall, I had a great experience with this plumbing company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their excellent communication and quick response time are truly commendable.

I had Cregger do an emergency furnace replacement the day before NYE and was so impressed that I didn't hesitate to call them when my ancient water heater finally bit the dust about a month later.
Fortunately, they were able to make it out the same day and went above and beyond what you'd get from a big-box store install, cleaning up and replacing a lot of the old, outdated infrastructure.
All the 5 star reviews are legit; the work is fast, thorough, and done right the first time. They make everything as painless as possible and bring a surprising but welcome amount of positive energy to what is often an unpleasant experience.

I am more than impressed with Cregger plumbing. Their quote was about 35% cheaper than a competitor's and yet I could not find any corners cut. They installed new plumbing to a basement shower I was installing, and while they were there I asked them to redo the entire house and replace all of the 1950's galvanized plumbing. They were in and out in one day. They even took the extra effort to install copper in locations where the plumbing was more visible (instead of PEX). It looks great! Chris G. was professional, fast, and a good communicator.

Matt was great! Very professional and detected our leak issue right away and was able to repair it the same hour. Cregger Plumbing was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled within a couple of days. They helped refer out and give their recommendations for fixing drywall as well. Definitely will be using them again!

I had a recurrent leak from the upstairs bathroom down into my living room. Danny came out as requested (required a 2 week wait), however I survived. Danny identified a few issues and presented options to resolve issues. Leak was repaired effectively. Plumbing is so expensive but very satisfied with the work. The office staff is very courteous and pleasant, Danny is a pleasure to work with, always courteous professional and polite. I highly recommend this company.

First contact and first appointment were perfect. Employees are personable, and tech texted me when he was on his way - with a photo even! Not sure about value yet, as I have not received an estimate for the work needed, but based on the customer service alone, I am happy with my choice.

Had Derrick come out to take a look at our a/c that wasn't working. He was fixed everything in 20 minutes, was great to work with and took time to explain how my system works and what maintenance should be done. He's the best! Love this company!

after having a negative experience with a local family-owned plumbing company, a friend recommended Cregger instead. everyone I spoke with, from the office to the guys who came and worked on my issue (a broken pipe under the crawl that led to sewage overflow into the crawl space) was professional and friendly. best of all, they got the job done. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing issue, and recommend them to anyone local who needs a good plumber!
