Jeff was amazing to work with and took care of all my plumbing needs. I appreciate the fact that he talked through options with me and found the solution that was best for my situation. There were a few surprise leaks once he got the drain working again and he took care of them immediately!

We had a back up in our basement, called Cregger and they came out the next day to snake the main drain. The tech ( who was very professional ) spent about 15 minutes. Once he saw water flow he pack up, changed me $295 and left. Less than 48 hours later we had the same problem. Called Cregger again and was told there was no warranty and they would charge me another $295 to come back. For that kind of money they should spend a little more time and send the snake all the way from the clean out to the street and also from the clean out into the house. Lesson learned for me, I went to Home Depot and rented a machine for $60 and did it myself. I am adding to this review to say thank you Cregger for reaching out after I wrote my review and offered a full refund. I do appreciate you making it right.

These guys are awesome. I called on Friday for a new water heater. They had an opening on Saturday. They came on time. Worked very quickly. They did a great job. The water heater is great. Couldn't be happier with the service and how quickly they got it done.

I had a problem with a pipe that broke under my slab foundation for my boiler heat. Danny and Brady came out and were very professional. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very pleasant to deal with and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They came out right away because I did not have heat during this time. I would highly recommend Cregger Plumbing.

I was skeptical when I called and spoke to someone on Sunday night, and then speechless when I got a friendly and polite call on monday morning. Absolutely stellar service. Estimate was right in line with the actual. No screwing around. No upselling. No pressure. Very impressed with this company! I had a cheaper quote from another business but when the installer came for an estimate, I was taken with the knowledge as he explained in detail what I needed. When I had to reschedule, the Ladies were accommodating. KJ and Nick came to our home and started immediately, they called me as soon as an issue arose and explained my opinions. KJ really went above and beyond with helping me with work outside there scope and for that I’m grateful. I had questions and concerns about the permits in which Emily literally walked me through the Detroit app each step of the way. The guys were humble, quick and hilarious. I loved that energy in my home!

Andrew B was amazing! Our bathtub wouldn't drain, and a snake wouldn't work so he replaced the old corroded trap pipe with a new pvc trap all in one visit. Extremely kind, prompt, patient, thoroughly explained the issue, and overall amazing service. Would recommend to anyone!

UPDATE: After the first plumber they sent out--whom they fired the next day!--made a complete mess of my bath plumbing, one of the owners (Derek?) sent out their "master" plumber. My plumbing is STILL LEAKING INTO MY BASEMENT, NOW IN A DIFFERENT PLACE! I've texted them twice over a month (third time just now) and have received no replies. Be wary of the 4.9 rating, fired plumber jokingly(?) told me most of the reviews were from him. These guys speak a good game, but their skills and professionalism are sorely lacking. I would avoid them like--no, I think I'd choose the plague over this company.

Satisfaction guaranteed? What a joke! I had a leaky bath hot water valve. Plumber changed the entire setup, after three trips to plumbing supply store to get the correct parts. I called the following day to have him return because I still had a leaky faucet. Plumber returned to inform me that the part was on order, but he had been laid off. I later called to have another plumber come out and was told another plumber would review my case and get back to me. Three weeks later, no calls, and now the hot control screeches like a banshee, the hot water is discolored, and the shower doesn't work. Thanks, Cregger!

Cregger is our go-to for all things plumbing. They're all very professional and genuinely nice people that do great work. We've used them for: new rough plumbing, toilet repair, random leaks. We highly recommend them.
