Sublime Heating & Cooling

Last summer, Sublime Heating & Cooling firm dispatched their technician Joe to fix a fan in my conditioner. He arrived on time and performed a fantastic job! I also enrolled in one of their maintenance plans, and I specifically asked Joe to look after my air conditioner throughout my maintenance agreement. About a year has passed, and the upkeep of the air conditioner is going smoothly. I am so satisfied with the service.

Sublime Heating & Cooling replaced our old swamp cooler with Carrier central air conditioning and replaced our old water heater. They also upgraded our electrical systems to handle it all. They arrived on schedule with three trucks and a team of about eight guys - got it all done in one day. I can't say enough good things about this company, particularly their speed and professionalism. Don't waste your time with any of their competitors.

We used Sublime Heating & Cooling and they did a wonderful job on our AC install which was a full cut-in job with new ducts. They facilitated all the necessary city inspections and we're thoroughly enjoying our cool home. Their technician were clean, efficient, on time and did excellent work. Yesterday Jeff came out to repair my heater and he was very fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated, with a keen attention to detail. He cared more about my heating system than I did which is the highest compliment I can give and made sure everything was running perfectly which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Jeff and his company and will do business with them.

The folks here are wonderful. They take the time to answer your questions and make sure you understand the work they are suggesting. I have had them come to my home for my furnace/air conditioner needs and have never been disappointed. Called in with a cooling issue, scheduled an appointment for same day, a bonus considering it was 87 degrees outside. The tech, was early to the appointment time, promptly got to work diagnosing the issue. Found a wire that was shorting out my system. Jeff repaired the wire and fixed our issue. Highly recommend HVAC Comfort and props to Will and his professionalism.
