Sterling Heating Air Conditioning

I've used them twice. The first time I was having an AC issue, they came the same day, found the problem and fixed it within a matter of hours. The second time I had a leak that I thought was coming from my AC but turned out to be something else. They fixed it fast and didn't charge me for the service call due to their quick diagnosis. Good people!

He was incredible! He was able to remedy a heater problem we were having a day after we called. Very respectful and responsive. Definitely going to use him again for any HVAC needs.

Repair of hot water heater. Friendly, responsive, on time, and did some extra small maintenance on our hot water heater without charging extra for it. Nelly was nice and explained everything. We'll definitely use Sterling Heating Air Conditioning again!

My experience with Sterling was terrible and I ultimately decided to call another HVAC company that would actually show up to their appointments. Not only did they not show (family emergency; unexpected hospital visit...one excuse okay things happen, but twice? come on.) but I had to call to find out that they weren't coming vs them calling me. Respect your client's time or they won't be a client.

I felt bad for the people working the front desk, but their technician manager either needs to turn down jobs until they have enough staff or be straightforward and reschedule responsibly instead of waiting for the client to call and complain to the poor front desk/call center people. I rarely write bad reviews, but this one was pretty insufferable. While I'm sure they're skilled as others have mentioned, it's of no use to me when you don't even show up.
