Air Master Heating, Air Conditioning & Fireplace

I got a good service from Air Master. They installed new furnace, AC and hot water tank .Jeff Fry was very helpful and professional. I had few issues but they came and fix them the following week. My only complaint is that the mess was caused by leaving the chimney open where all black powder dust messed my floor. It took one day to clean but overall i was happy with their work!! I will use them again!

Thank you Air Master for installing my new Mitsubishi heating & cooling system. The Electrical company was informative and very professional. Your staff who put the system in my family room did an excellent job. They also took the time to walk me thru the process and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks to Mr. Brandon (sales man) who took his time to make sure we understood what the system was about with very polite, professional customer service and great salesmanship. my experience from start to finish was great! PS. they cleaned up very well!!

Just had Vince from Air Master come out for a maintenance visit. He was very professional and courteous in asking and listening to me about any concerns I had with my central air unit. After voicing my concern, he was able to identify the issue and fix immediately. Took precautions for COVID safety wearing a mask and foot coverings. He was very patient and forthcoming with any information, as I needed him to speak to a warranty representative. Appointment was easy to call and setup. Busy season so we had to wait awhile for an appointment. But with great service, it was worth the wait. We will surely be looking to do business with Air Master in the future.

Very happy with the system they installed and they promptly addressed any and all concerns I had. Follow up from the sales leader to make sure we were satisfied as well. Great experience. The AC went out during this first heat wave of the summer. I’ve never experienced such responsive, friendly service, for any issue that has arisen in this old Ferndale home. I called at 1 on a super hot day, Brandon was here at 5 - and the AC was fixed by 5:15. He was awesome, answered all of my questions, and freely gave a few pointers about how to keep my system in top shape. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it.

Jeff was excellent. He was very professional, he explained the problem thoroughly and worked quickly! He fixed our furnace within one hour. Air Master has helped me with an air conditioner or furnace issue twice now and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic company. They have installed both an air conditioner and a boiler heating system for my house. Dennis has been a real pleasure to work with both times. The techs who have installed the systems are knowledgeable, polite and very good people. The owner is an awesome guy more than happy to do business. I'm happy to support this company and they do an excellent job!

I bought a furnace/ AC package from Air Master to replace my old system. I chose a high efficiency Lennox unit which was the best of the 3 they quoted. Their price was competitive compared to the other suppliers I got quotes from and their warranty(s) were better as well. The Air Master sales people were very professional and friendly and were able to answer my questions and suggest the best systems. The installers were excellent, very friendly and professional and did an excellent installation. The company as a whole offers very good service. I've had bad experiences with other services in the past so having a company that does everything well is refreshing !

Great service! The installation took two days as opposed to the one day estimate, but the end result was outstanding. I'd recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC service and/or repair. I truly appreciate the technicians workmanship and explanation of the newly installed furnace, compressor, coil, humidifier, and wifi thermostat. They needed to do extensive work to make the system fit with my existing ducts and they reconfigured the base of the system to bring it off the concrete floor that the old system was pulling cold air from. The new energy efficient system and improved ductwork should help reduce my heating and cooling costs. They also submitted all paperwork needed for rebates from my electric and gas company.

Update from 8/15/2022:
Air Master came out for a check up on my installed system today and performed a system tune up and cleaning. The technician was great and explained everything in great detail. I'll continue to recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC service and/or replacement of their outdated equipment.
