They showed up in time, all work went smooth, I’m so happy with my new HVAC system We got from Costco.

Our Tech Kyle was very informative and very helpful. I had another company out twice and still couldn't fix it and Kyle came out and switched a few wires and that's all it took. Will for sure be using them again when I need an HVAC tech.

Brandon was very responsive to our questions and information about the systems. Respectful and considerative of our home. Prompt and responsive to our wishes and needs. Would be happy to have him assist us with our HVAC needs again. Was very helpful with checking and maintaining our gas fireplace also.

My 8 year AC system went out during the Memorial Day weekend, which was also one of the hottest periods of the year. Because of being very frustrated that my current AC went out after only what I thought was a very short time, I was determined that the next company I use would not be one that would take shortcuts just to make a sell. So, I took my time and inquired about companies from friends and co-workers and was finally referred to Air Masters. Jeff Fry handled my sale and was very knowledgeable of the industry, very informative about the products, took measurements, pictures and notes about what I presently had, and where my new items would be placed. He also took time to answer all of my questions, and sold me only what I needed. Initially, I only wanted to purchase an AC, but also decided on purchasing a heating unit since my current system was approaching 20 years.
The installation was very smooth, and surprisingly quiet and didn't interrupt as I worked from home. The installation crew was excellent, on time, and did a wonderful job cleaning once the installation was done. I’m happy to say that I love my new system, and will not hesitate to refer others. In addition, since I love ballroom and salsa dancing, I love seeing the owner showing-off his moves in the Air Masters commercial. I think it’s a wonderful sells handle. Nick Press from Airmaster came out this AM to replace the condensate pump on my HVAC system. The pump was tripping the breaker a few times a week. What a difference with the new pump. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional and explained the issue with the previous pump and what was causing it to trip. Thanks again Airmaster!

I have dealt with Air Masters for over 10 years and have been very pleased with their service. In the beginning my air conditioner stopped working, because I had their maintenance service I had proof I maintained my air conditioner. Within 3 days I had a new condenser installed during a heat wave. No charge to me. They take care of both my air conditioner and my furnace. They work great.

It was hot yesterday when the crew from Air Master came out to install our new furnace and air conditioner. The crew was very friendly and hard working. Other than a little bit of noise, and a question here or there didn't even know they were here!! So happy when the tech asked us to close the windows!! Thank you crew for your professional work ethic!! I would highly recommend them. Thank you again.

Kyle was on time and provided a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue and did so at an incredibly fair price. He also did additional quality checks once my unit was back up and running to make sure the job was done correctly. Would highly recommend to anyone having A/C issues.

The team from Air Master did an incredible job! We had our furnace and AC replaced and added a mini split to our bungalow. Everyone who we worked with was fantastic, from sales to installation. The techs were timely and professional. They had a whole team out here to make sure the install was completed in time. This was a large and pricey project and our expectations were exceeded. The house is nice and cool and the experience was terrific.

We do yearly maintenance before we start using our fireplace every year.
I was thoroughly impressed with the work that Kyle did for us he was meticulous in every step. He added steps that I do not consider maintenance like cleaning the fireplace screen examing the glass doors. My great experience actually started the minute i called to schedule my appointment. They have a customer for life. I have already scheduled next years appointment.
