John was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He is a great ambassador for the company! Service call was for fireplace check up and maintenance as well as the installation of whole house air purification.

I had a new AC installed through Air Master and the whole process was quick and efficient. I started the process through Costco and the very same day i called, air master called me and mentioned they had a technician available to come to my house. The technician inspected my equipment and gave me different units to compare. Once we decided on a unit, air master had the equipment and technician within a week. The installation took exactly 4-5 hour which both the sales technician and the scheduler mentioned. Stefan and Greg installed my equipment quickly and provided me with plenty on information as they were working on the installation. Stefan also provided tips on quick maintenance i can do with the equipment every year in order to make the ac last longer. Stefan not only made sure to have my equipment installed quick and efficiently he also pointed out some issue he noticed on the outside of my house that i had not noticed. Stefan and his team were very friendly and got the installation done. I highly recommend Air Master if you want a new AC unit or need some AC maintenance.

The service and professionalism of the crew was fabulous. It was over 8 hours worth of work and they left everything nice and clean. AirMaster provided the best product for a reasonable price. I have received two quotes from other well known companies offering mid grade products and wanting $2,000-$4,000 more than what AirMaster quoted. I did go through the Costco Program that also gave a $925 gift card (+ Costco cash back). Best deal around. Very happy with our purchase.

Air Master responded to an emergency call. When our furnace stop working, we called them and they came out the same day! They installed a new furnace and A/C unit the very next day!!!. Absolutely Amazing!!! We were so glad we did not have to wait weeks to get the matter resolved. They understood the urgency of our need. The Air Master Team was so responsive. They are the real deal!...and the price was competitive. I wish they offered other services, door, window, floor, carpet, landscaping, :-). I highly recommend Air Masters for any HVAC needs. Kyle serviced my fireplace by checking for safety and Efficiency when in use. He made certain that the pilot worked properly, when ignited, as well as checking the wall Control switch when in the on position ignited the fireplace flame. He vacuumed and cleaned inside dust and debris from unit. He also cleaned the inner and outer glass window of the fireplace. Very efficient and Professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our old family room heater stopped working and was finally beyond repair. The Air Masters folks on the phone quickly set up an appointment. The automated system kept me informed of my upcoming tech visit. Our tech was on time, knowledgeable, helpful. We upgraded to a minisplit so we now have heat and ac. AM lined up the install including the new 220 electrical. Everything went smoothly.

Made and appoint for a fireplace cleaning/maintenance, giving full detail that my fireplace is wood burning. The tech says they don’t do that. Have the tech look at where I need an aide duct installed, and call the next day for the quote. I was told they’re not doing air duct installs only, it would have to be the whole HVAC system. What sense does that make? Why would have a full HVAC system installs when mine is newer and in great working condition? So not only did they not call me to give me a quote. They also will not do the work for the air duct or my fireplace. My time was wasted essentially. The only positive I’ll give is that Kyle the tech was extremely kind. Everyone and everything else with this process gets an F.

Kevin was very informative about the performance of my gas fireplace. The fireplace was neglected for years . Kevin restored my fireplace and it now looks in mint condition

17 years ago this great company installed my AC, furnace and some duct work. When I called yesterday with a major concern during a kitchen renovation they were able to send an expert out within 24 hours and we got the very important expert advice we needed immediately. I highly recommend them.

The folks at Air Master were all around great. Sales folks not high pressure & went out of their way to answer all questions. Installers were polite, professional & accommodating. Clean install & it's great to have AC!Highly recommend this business.
