They are the best! I am a property manager and I use them for not only my business purposes, but for my personal house. Residents, like the other person who left a review today, like to complain because the company updates me and not them, which is what they are supposed to do.

Been using Mechanical Heating and Cooling for a few years now, after they installed my central A/C. Setting up my seasonal tune-ups is always a pleasant experience and they are quick to return any calls. Ryan J. (Service Technician) was very respectful of the property and provided a detailed report upon completion. Would highly recommend.

Hot water heater sprang a leak Mechancal Heating and Cooling gave itemized quote, had all parts in stock and could replace it ASAP! All of the guys who’ve worked at my home have been professional, polite, have no problem answering any questions I have!! Highly recommend this company!!!

I have been using mechanical for years now. Mostly for preventative maintenance and AC/Heat checks. Recently had an issue with AC not working and Keith was able to diagnose multiple issues and fix them on his first trip out. AC was actually ok but old 240 volt power suplly to ac unit failed and then a damaged wire for the tstat to furnace was also fixed too control everything correctly. Everything is working like new now. Glad it wasn't a furnace or ac unit issue and it's good too know Mechanical is able to troubleshoot and fix the other issues that pop up on an older system.

Its easy to schedule a service. The operators answer quickly and find a time that's convenient for you. I have never had to wait long for an appointment either. They typically are able to schedule next day appointment. Sometimes same day if you call in the morning.

From start to finish, it was absolutely a terrific experience. Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday, Joel was able to meet with us on the following Thursday to give us a quote and review our options. They were able to install it the following Monday.

The communication from the company was fantastic. I received both email and text messages confirming the initial sales appointment as well as the installation appointment. And they kept their appointments almost to the minute. One cannot ask for more than that. Moreover,, the pricing was fair and right in line with what we expected.

Finally, the install technicians (Mike and Tom) were efficient, professional, and courteous. They told me everything they were doing and explained everything before they left, answering all of my questions.

For years, we had been doing business with another company. But when they told us they couldn't even get a sale person out to give us a quote for almost 10 days after our air went out, I started looking around for a new company and found Mechanical.

I'm glad I I found them. If I had waited to use the other company, we would still have not even talked with a sales rep yet just to get a quote. As it is, we're now enjoying air conditioning again. From now on, we will be using Mechanical for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Stopped into their Showroom but the unfriendly young lady didn't really want to answer my general questions.
She immediately started pushing for a Salesman to come to my house.
I don't understand why they have a Showroom with units on display but won't talk about them.

Great customer service. Milan was thorough and fixed some corroded wires that had stopped the.compressor from working on my air conditioner unit. He explained and showed me everything he found and how he repaired it. Thank you Milan!

Jamal and a coworker (sorry can not recall his name atm) came to install my new unit when the old finally stopped working. I knew this would be needed because Milan explained that it was only a matter of time and that the compressor was truly shot.

They were very professional and worked efficiently, and did not rush to leave when it was time to explain all they had done and how thoroughly they had documented their entire installation. They had taken pictures and written notes at every step of their install and we’re happy to show me. They even took care to seal up some things on my furnace that they noticed never had been done. Very fair pricing and 0% financing. I’m glad I went with this company.

Homeowners always are in need of competent honest work, and I feel Mechanical Heating and Cooling is aware of that need and strive to provide that for customers. It’s a relief to feel confident at the end of the day that I made the right choice to hire them. I don’t typically do many reviews but was more than happy to do this one. Great work! Great company!

This may be the second review I have authored. This company and its tech, Philip, did a great job in getting my furnace fixed. It was an after hours call but the response was very quick. He had to make two trips for parts but nonetheless stuck with it until the furnace was fixed. I highly recommend them. MC

They recharged my air conditioning unit with r22 and it's ice cold I was told that r22 is going to be extinct so I'm going to have mechanical heating and cooling replace my whole unit in a couple of years that's how good that company is!!!!! I recommend them

I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail the installers possess. They showed up timely and went directly to work. Maintained cleanliness and ensured surfaces touched were sanitized. Installation installation took a shorter time than I expected. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the product and service we received from Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I’d especially like to commend the installers for their work. Thomas and his assistant were great.
