Josh and Jamal did a great job installing our furnace. They were knowledgeable and courteous throughout. Also, they encountered several issues during the process and managed them effectively. Overall, the employees at Mechanical are highly competent and deliver what they promise.

So far the experience has been great. Joel came out and gave us a price for a new boiler and when they could install , and I was impressed with the professional presentation. I hope to be ready to contact them soon about installing the new boiler.

I found this company online and took a chance to have them come service a leak in my furnace. My husband and I were so pleased! Chris C was amazing and the secretary was very polite and helpful. They came the same day a few hours after I called and they fixed the problem quickly. Chris was patient and explained to us what he was doing and answered all of our questions about how to care better for our furnace. It was a great experience. Thank you so much. I called ten different companies to try to repair my system and Mechanical Heating and Cooling were the only company to answer the phone! Keith the technician repaired the system quickly and explained in detail the problem with the furnace. I highly recommend using this company!!!

We had our furnace and AC replaced by mechanical a few years ago and it's been great. Had a tune up on the furnace today. Brad was efficient and professional; he did a great job. I was able to schedule service the same week as I called. Would highly recommend.

Had Mechanical clean my ducts. They scheduled promptly, showed up on time, and completed the job in less time than anticipated. Price was fair and I'm happy with the workmanship & professionalism. I'd recommend their service!

Great experience from the very beginning. When our a/c went out the technician told us that the age of the unit was 26 years old and it might be more fiscally beneficial to replace rather than repair the old unit. He had then stated that our furnace was 23 years old and that we might want to do a package deal to replace both. There was no pressure to choose one or the other, just an honest opinion. We chose to do both at the same time. Tom and Mike came out to do the install and did a great job. They walked us through the things that they replaced and handled everything with professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Called for an inoperable furnace that I suspected had reached the end of its life. Was told at the time of booking that the $99 service charge would go towards either fix or replacement. Technician arrived on time, was in the house less than 15 minutes, declared it unfixable, & informed me that they'd call with an estimate. After not hearing from them, I called to follow-up. Was told Junior wwas working on the estimate. A week later, still have not heard from them. Today I've had three different HVAC companies come out & provide FREE estimates to replace the furnace. Feel scammed out of $99. Beware.

Had a furnace inspection done. Furnace is making whistling noise coming from an air leak aroumd the condenser they installed two and a half years ago. Been having the problem for a couple of years. Tech unable to fix. Suggest new furnace. This tech seems knowledgeable. The tech who installed condenser didn't do a good job it seems.

Mechanical heating and cooling were awesome I have to say. We had a broke down furnace for a week. They came out on a weekend installed a new furnace promptly and efficiently. The installers were absolutely fantastic and answered every question and more that I had. My installers names were Justin and Michelle and I could not have been happier with who I had out here honestly . The prices are great ,my furnace is way better than I expected. I truly was a skeptic of the brand but it is turned out to be so much better than I thought it was and my family and I couldn't be more happy than we are. There truly is just not enough good things to say about this company and the people that work there. They helped us when we were down and out and didn't take advantage like some other companies tried to. For that Mechanical will be our go-to company from now on. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
