Ryan our service tech was on time, knowledgeable and very personable. The ladies in the office were very helpful and kind. We are very pleased with the service we received from Mechanical Heating And Cooling and will be using them in the future. 🥶🔥

As soon as I reached out to them and told them my furnace was out, they squeezed me in same day for an evaluation and estimate. I rushed home, met with them and reviewed options. They shared competitive pricing and we moved forward. They installed a temporary furnace to restore my heat and put me on schedule to return and finish up the add-ons and aesthetic work. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!! The day after the install was a cold cold day. There pricing was better than the competitors and they even applied for and used my rebates so I wouldn't have to wait several weeks for reimbursement. Excellent customer service from reception and scheduling to installation and follow-up and everything in between!
