Wolverine heating and cooling

We were very pleased with the service from Bob with Wolverine. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job fixing our heater. My husband and I were very impressed. He didn't try to overcharge or fix things that didn't need fixing. We will definitely use this company again for any heating needs. We have already started referring them to our neighbors!

Thank you to everyone at Wolverine, I called another company and before even seeing my furnace they stated I needed a new one. I had a problem with a 20yo Burnham Furnace that wouldn't light, and Bob, the service guy, new exactly what was issues was. He was very very fast with getting my furnace repaired in only a couple hours (after having to go to 2 suppliers for the part!). they even called a couple weeks later to follow up and see how my furnace was working. Excellent customer service!

Wolverine came on time to "tune up" my furnace before the cold weather set in. They found an issue and fixed it right away. They gave me the option of buying my own filter or having them install one (I use the bigger boxy filters and they are expensive). They were professional and efficient. I will use them again.

Had a schedule appt today for Scott to come out and service our air conditioner. Our scheduled time was 2 to 5. Which we verified with the home warranty company twice. Scott texted my husband and said he would be early. My husband wrote back that he wouldn't be able to be there for 15min. Instead of staying and waiting the 15min or coming during our scheduled time 2 to 5. Scott shows up at my house at 11:52 which I have him on camera. Walks to my air conditioner than walks back and pulls out of my drive way at 11:53. He did not even bother stay for more than 1min. That is very rude and unprofessional. Our warranty company called him to see what is going on and he than refuses to come back for our scheduled 2 to 5 appt. Why have an appt if your not going to abide by it. My husband also spoke to him on the phone and told him from the get go that if he was to come early he would need advanced notice which scott did not give. This man is very unprofessional and apparently doesn't want the job. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Words can't describe how awesome they are. I had a furnace emergency in the dead of winter and they went above and beyond to fix it immediately. Great price as well. Don't bother calling anywhere else.... Wolverine is the place!

They have always provided me with prompt, reliable service. They are honest and have their customers interest as their focus. I would recommend them to anyone, and have recommended them to family members.

They showed up on the wrong day and blamed me for not being home, all while admitting I was scheduled for the next day. I was told they will not service us, was not given any reason whatsoever. No explanation offered, only that they weren't returning. I was treated really poorly by the customer service rep on the phone - she was belligerent and outright rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The treatment was unmerited and I was pretty dumbfounded as to how they could conduct business the way they did and remain in business. I usually don't write reviews but thought I should let the next person know what happened.

I have used Wolverine for over ten years to inspect annualy four heating units, three rental units and my own. They have repaired my heating units promptly when needed. I highly recommend them.
