Mechanical Heating & Cooling

After February’s ice storm brought down some massive limbs and destroyed our air conditioning unit, we had no choice but to replace it. We immediately thought of Mechanical Heating & Cooling, since they installed our boiler a few years ago and did a phenomenal job. We knew we could trust them and was confident in the quality of workmanship they provide. Jake and Dan came out two separate days to install everything. It was a huge job, which included a lot of time/work spent up in a very hot attic. Both Jake and Dan were completely professional, knowledgeable and friendly!! We are extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them— and have, actually! Excellent work as usual… job well done!!!

After many visits from Mechanical to keep our very old air conditioner on life support, it finally needed to be replaced. They came out the same day we called to get it going one last time and walked us through the different options for replacement. They provided in-depth information about each unit and were upfront about cost, which we always appreciate about them. The install was scheduled quickly and everything went exactly as they said it would. We are very grateful to have a company like Mechanical that we can trust.

Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and the guys were able to put in a new unit the same day. Later in the summer when our a/c went out and we thought we were in for a big bill, they came in and for a very reasonable amount were able to fix it and even told us about how we could submit the bill to our home warranty for reimbursement. These guys are just very good at what they do.

Whether it’s a repair , testing, or maintenance, they go step by step informing you of every detail. You always feel you’re “in the know” with this company. I’ve been using them for 8 years now and wouldn’t even consider another company. From office staff to the field they conduct themselves with strict professionalism.

Was desperate to find service for our a/c unit on a super hot day. When I called our former servicer (Family Heating and Cooling) they told me me it would take over a week for someone to even look at it! Luckily our neighbor had a Mechanical Heating and Cooling van at their house and I called them. They got someone out that same day and were able to fix our issue on the spot! Best decision and day ever! Thank you so much! Will be calling again for any service needs!

Prior to my call to mechanical, heating and cooling, I’m thinking, I probably won’t have a repair person to my home until sometime next week. To my surprise, the customer service rep let me know that someone will be at my house this afternoon. Ryan showed up and not only was he knowledgeable, but extremely customer service oriented.!!He came in, fix the problem, answered all of my questions, and made suggestions to assure my heating system operated for many years to come.
I would highly suggest and recommend mechanical heating and cooling to anyone looking for installation or repair of AV system. Satisfied customer here.

Excellent service and even some after install training on the infinity thermostat. Finished in one day on all furnace, air and thermostat (infinity). Took care of warranty info and all rebates for me to be applied and it helps alot. Looking forward to this quality service over the next years.
