Called they came out same day fixed the problem and discovered another issue and they said they can come back out and fix that one too.

DTE had did work
This summer and shut off my mothers gas , for repairs. My mother thought everything was working , I noticed when the furnace was finally put on , it was only blowing cold air , I called MH&C , the came out charged , $100 because he didn't have change for the $99 bill , and said gas is off . I asked if I had them come back out and tune up her furnace would that $100 apply , he simply said NOPE . DTE came out turned the gas on and everything is working just fine. Such a shame Mechanical heating and cooling, wouldn't be willing to help a paralyzed senior citizen on a budgets.

They were amazing! Got me in with an appointment during a busy time. Showed up on time and with amazing communication. Sent a picture of the technician ahead of time including his background. Performed the correction quick and got the ac up and running in no time. Amazing service! I would highly recommend!!

I was so very delighted with our tech. Not only was Tyler professional, an excellent communicator answering all of my 90 year old mothers questions, he also fixed issues left by the previous installer. Simply one of the best experiences I have had in a long time!

I have had Mechanical Heating & Cooling many times because they are GREAT! This time I needed them to repair gas leak in my fireplace. Anyone they have ever sent out has been wonderful. Never have to call them back because they fix it right the first time. Every one of my servicemen have been excellent. They are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and answer all questions politely, and believe me, I always have questions! I highly recommend them.

The sales associates that came to my house for estimate were very knowledgeable and polite. I recently had some electrical work done and was asked a question that I couldn't answer and luckily they were willing to speak to the electrician to get clarity. As far as the installation, I wasn't available but my mom said the guy was great, he finished sooner than expected and he was able to explain new equipment to where she could explain it to me when I returned home. Telephone customer service was also great. There was a cancellation and my installation date was moved up sooner and they gave me the opportunity to make arrangements to find a family member who was available to let them in the house. I'd recommend Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Great job guys!! It's so nice and cool in here now 🙂

Great experience. The office staff are polite and quick to set up an appointment and followed up to confirm the appointment. Texted me the name, photo and experience of the Technician who w old perform the work. The Technician called to say he was on the way and was on time as per the appointment. The work was completed quickly, everything was cleaned up and the workmanship is excellent. I would recommend them and call them again if other work is needed.
